I had suggested once about Punni and Vishnu too.. well suited, dont u think :)..sasuri and sasuraa... 😉
But, someone told me that they are brother and sister and cant go that way. so, i guess then, in the same vein, Sachin is also a brother... ALAS !!! 😃

No, Punni and Sachin and Punni and Vishnu aren't brother-sister. That relation is possible in Maharashtrians, just like in majority of Andhra, Tamilnadu and Karnataka and some parts of Kerala.


1. Punni's Athya's son is Vishnu.
and
2. Punni's Athya's Husband's brother's son is Sachin. (I don't know what the Athya's husband is called in Marathi, where I come from, Manav is Punni's Mama (Athya's Husband is Mama too, not just Mother's brother, a Mama)).

So, both of those relations are possible. I like the word - Sasura and Sasuri. 😆 But Vishnu is much younger to Punni. Punni is actually the eldest among all the kids (Not sure about Varun though - Dharmesh's son from his 1st marriage.). So, by lesser age difference I suggested Sachin. Also she wants all the luxuries in life.

Shayamala!!! Yay!!! The post I look forward too the most! I absolutely ADORE your analysis! I just don't understand how Purvi is going to get rid of AK after all they have been through! I mean the "mere kasam" drama is the only thing which will get the Dhanjani to break up w/ her :( *sigh* Back to the darmiya track with poor Negi and Dhanjani pouring buckets of tears! Hopefully you will post during these hard times like in the past and get us through this painful separation! U rock Shayamala 😊

That is what I thought and suggested the sasuri and sasuraa and was corrected by someone. Need to find the post, let me spend some fruitful time on it :)
BTW, when did age stop punni tai? Arjun is much younger too yet she wants him !! And this sasuraa earns in crores too, easy money too .. Doesnt have to work hard like Arjun!!
She will have much more exciting life with vishnu than sachin :)

Shyamala, just saw the episode and I am quite alarmed!! Not sure if we should put much stock in Purvi's promise to Arjun in light of her insistence on stopping her mother's divorce at all costs. This does not bode well, Ovi is so two faced, inspite of her obsession with Arjun I had credited her with more integrity than this. Alas!
I am hoping against hope that Purvi will try to give up on Arjun but her promise to Arjun will prevail over her desire to bring her Aai and baba together. Like Jyothi, I too live in a fantasy world and believe in ARVI.

After watching today's episode, a few things have popped up in my mind..let us see...

Ms. Ovi is conniving with a girl to win Arjun back, and she doesnt even know her name well? she says Punni? That was funny..
Punni was suggesting Ovi to wait outside Ovi's house for Archana so she can talk to her. So, why this dinner invite at Punni's house? Other than to look good in their eyes..but why bother? What does she gain from it? It is diff that Ovi was in a hurry and came to Punni's house.
Both the CC's have a dress code - yellow 😊
For me, the most surprising thing was that Archana was not surprised that Ovi called her. She had her on caller ID? How did she know it was Ovi? A girl who cannot even stand being in the same house calls her out of the blue and says very respectfully that she wants to talk to her, and that doesnt surprise her? Even if it is a mother, you should atleast be taken aback...Archana was only surprised that Ovi wanted to talk then, by time.
Why does she not think how Ovi knows where Punni's house is.She has never been there and not as far as Archana knows, she doesnt even know Punni other than at that mms party.

The DCC was so annoying, wanted to smack the living day lights out of her..such a spoiled brat !!

Loved how Arjun took the kheer and punni's expression after. Enjoyed the ARVI moment, very nice.. much better than the dreadful car episodes of recent times.

Why didnt Archana tell Sulochana about why Ovi came to see her as Purvi was not home anyway. Is she waiting for a shubh muhurat to tell her so Purvi can overhear their conversation?

Ms. PURVI - She better remember the promises she just made to our boy !! No wonder he keeps asking her time and again. He has no bharosa too like us 😊..
Why does Purvi says "rah jaayegi tho sirf aayi..",what happened to the old Aaji...bechaari.. everyone forgot about her.. Aayi and aaji can stay together, what is the harm in that..hmm...
didnt Arjun just promise her that they will get justice to Archana. What else does she need?
How does Sukruti know Arjun? has she met him before?

I was so confused today after watching it 😃

Now the precap - Ms. Purvi better stop the leaking tap, getting annoying now. Has she taken over from her mother now, in the water works area? Archana has reduced it, and now Purvi has taken over. Annoying !!
Fine, that she is thinking of her Aai, wants to stop her divorce, get her kids back..blah blah blah.. whatever... but giving up Arjun is not the solution.

A word of advice to Ms.Purvi -
Use your smarts girl !!! If yours isn't working, talk to Arjun. He has enough smarts for both of you. All that business acumen is not for nothing. He will come up with something. Think of the papers, talk to sachin, talk to manav..do some proactive stuff. Dont just sit there, listening to the CC's of this world and go the mahaan way... We dont expect that from you. .Didnt your Aaji tell you about what Savita did? go investigate that..be useful, for godsake..

Whatever scattered brain idea is she gonna come up with, I expect Purvi to talk to Arjun about this. If she doesnt and gets this crazy idea of giving up Arjun, all by herself, my goodness, she is in BIG trouble with us, I tell you, Jahnvi...😃..

I too hope she is smart enough to disclose her thoughts to Arjun and that Arjun is successful in diverting her from the sacrificial mode and that using their combined smarts they come up with a way to expose Sachin, Punni and Savita in that order. That would make a gripping tale, kaash, the CVs read this our minds.

Sent u a PM. I know. That would be smart and fitting to them. They have the brainpower for it. But, then that would be sensible and to their characters. No melodrama too so they wont give it to us.
I just hope this weekend we dont get another silly article again !! As it is, we will be stuck with some shocking scene at the end of fridays episode.

Even I was thinking why this whole 'Kelvan' thing is required.
Here is the only thing I can think of -

Maybe Purvi will not overhear Archana talk about Ovi's offer to Sulo at all.
Punni might give a day or two and then when she doesn't see things proceeding, probably she might call-up/meet-up with Purvi to chide her about her going away happily married and leaving her mother alone, which is something Purvi already is worrying about. Since Punni has already displayed herself as the good girl doing this Kelvan thing, she might emotionally blackmail Purvi to step-up and become the good girl now. And according to them a "good-girl" is someone who will give up marriage to take care of her mother.

This is the only reason I can think of for this 'Kelvan' otherwise Ovi could have call-up Archana anywhere and talked to her about this offer, why wait till the day of the Kelvan or till that night? Punni explained the plan in a hotel in the afternoon, if Ovi was in such a hurry, then she could have met Archana within no time , why wait till Kelvan? And as per original plan of Punni, she wanted her to speak at Ovi's house and not at Punni's house. Punni turning into a good girl has to be utilized somewhere otherwise what was the whole point of Kelvan?
