Jyothi,
You seem to have all the bases covered, in your usual thorough fashion, and it is no wonder that your brain feels like scrambled eggs!😉
Today's episode was just like a khichdi, and I missed the first 4 minutes, but I suppose there was nothing of importance except the usual Arjun-Purvi nok jhok about his gifting her something. Now if they had had a substantive conversation about the case against Vishnu, that would have been useful. Their scenes nowadays are being dumbed down to kitsch, no wonder you are so nostalgic for the rain scenes in the park and on the bridge!
Then the whole Punni-Vinod-Manjusha-Archana-Sulochana-Purvi track got my goat. It is unbelievable, the way Archana goes about do-gooding, and excusing the worst insults. These are the people who threw her mother literally out into the street with nothing to call her own. HOW does one forget a thing like that?
I cannot understand how they accept the dinner invitation without even checking with Arjun as to whether it suits him and he is willing. One can hardly take a would-be son-in-law so much for granted! They should have asked him first, and not even Purvi thinks of that. If he does not look sharp, he will soon become a doormat!!
This said, I cannot see WHAT Punni can do at a dinner to break up the Arjun-Purvi jodi. Maybe this is just the Overture, as at concerts, an opening sally, picture abhi baaki hai, mere dost!
It is all very curious, just as curious as Purvi claiming that she will stop the divorce before she gets married. How precisely? I am sure that it is all going to blow up in Purvi's face.
Re: your No.3. Archana has already made her monetary demands in the divorce petition, of course without meaning any of it, and only to keep her promise to Sachin. So she does not need to add anything to that, but if the wedding is so soon, how will that help her with her present cash crunch?
Arjun seems to be in a never never land all of his own, and the crash landing the CVs are planning for him will be that much harder as a result. Poor boy!
I liked the whole Vishnu-Balan scene today, but I have covered that in my post to Laurie above, and so I will not repeat myself here. That Ankit belongs in the kind of harsh, unforgiving films noirs being made in Bollywood nowadays, not in a mushy serial like PR. The gun and he seem to belong to each other.
Shyamala.
PS: When you assert that you are not panicking at all, and are going to be patient, it is, my dear, the very opposite of convincing!

Shyamala,
I am gonna say this here as we dont have another thread to vent on..:)
After today's episode, we have so many tracks around that they boggle my mind. they have made a chudwa out of it, I tell u..😊
1. Punni opened an avenue for an impending disaster by inviting them to some kewar/kewal whatever it is called..Arjun and Purvi together... sure for something big to happen..pre-planned... Archana has gone totally bonkers believing in Punni so easily. To give some credit where it is due, atleast Sulo was suspiscious...
2. Baalan got a new gun, that vishnu lalla admires so obviously. That has to be put to use at some point, some place...
3. Archana doesnt have money for the wedding..wants to do it well at every cost..a divorce will get her money...probably she will agree for that sake or make some demand..who knows..
4. Purvi swears she will end the divorce before she and Arjun get married... That is the best caveat of all.
5. court scene tomorrow. got to see what Ms. Purvi gonna do..
6. Is Varsha going talk to Purvi, who knows
7. where are the Deshmukh kids, laapathaa for the past few days. A too quite CC is also very dangerous.. or the CV's have decided to let her lay low for a while?
8. Of all, we are still left with the Stockholm Syndrome to deal with, which is our main grouch...
In all this Deshmukh drama, our poor Arjun is in his own world blissfully planning for the wedding..feel bad for the boy...(..I cant even enjoy these little titbits anymore...
Not panicking at all, I am going to be patient, but they are sure testing it... 😊
