I am sure the teamwork for retrieving the handi was a foreshadowing of this.

Sherma..i just think in a hugely volatile frightening life death situation, no one can think quite straight. It's easy to say one should have done this or that...We don't know that Purvi wasn't terrified for Manav...i am sure she was...but when Arjun grabbed her hand it isn't realistic to say she should have said no i am not going. We don't know what Arjun had in mind, maybe to secure her safety first then go back for manav...i think he knew the cops were there..but even if he didn't he couldn't do two things at once. In no way do i think Arjun would have left Manav behind, anymore than Manav would leave Arjun behind... I think they reacted instinctively, and Manav gave Arjun the green light to grab Purvi... My interest is ARMAN for the show, but I love the ARVI jodi very much as well...there's no reason to pit one against the other.

sorry to say but the kidnappers uttered those words when they found the presence of police there n not when manav went to take the money. Before that , the situation was in their control . They just wanted to just get out safely from police, that's why they planned to take purvi as a hostage or shield even after getting the money. So u can't be so sure they wouldn't have released purvi in normal circumstances after getting the money.

That is the point we are all trying to make. They are kidnappers, they dont have morals or ethics..you never know what they will do. There is no gurantee that they would return Purvi to manav after taking the money. What if they change their mind and decide to take them both? There is always an element of uncertainity in this...They are not honor bound to keep their word...

Naava is right, it was an emotion wrought situation where gut instincts came ino play. None of them were at fault, it is a moot point to call anyone of the 3 selfish. And no one is calling Manav selfish. Again as Naava says why do we have to pit ARMAN against ARVI, they are both part of the show and while we may have individual favorites, both jodis are important to the story, of course ARMAN more so than ARVI as PR is Archana's story.

sorry to say but he did the same in his attempt. He didn't made any contact with Manav before taking Purvi out of the car.Poor Manav came to know his presence only when he was seen by one of the kidnappers. He made contact with Manav in his second attempt, when he was unable to walk properly.

Also someone pointed that he would have come back after leaving purvi at a safe place to rescue Manav but tell me one thing how could he be so sure that the kidnappers with their gun set on Manav

head, they will wait for him to come back after leaving purvi at a safe place to rescue manav n took all the money away from them. They could have killed Manav in frustration after loosing Purvi out of their grip. And mind u , while doing all these activities, he was not aware abt the presence of police there. Just watch the episode one more time. I m not saying exactly that he was selfish, but he was careless and his carelessness would have resulted in loosing his own life or either poorvi or Manav's.

i am neithr fan of arman or arvi,if manav wld hav dne d same wld arjun i wld hav blamed him.arjun came for his luv, manav cme for archanas daughtr(manav tkes purvi as her daughter, but d fact is fact) losing trust of his own daughter,he deserve atleast thoda appreciatn frm purvi, not evn once she lookd at manav, only ting she was doing running wid arjun or callng 4 arjun.and manav was beggng safety 4 purvi his so calld daughtr
