How exactly are Arjun and Purvi 'selfish' ?!

I saw yesterdays episoide and thought that Arjun acted very impulsively without thinking about Manav and also about Purvi ...

When he took Purvi and ran, kidnapper had his gun pointed at Manav...what if that instant in anger Kidanpper shot Manav?? He would have instantly died ...as gun was pointing at Manav head !!!!!!!!!!!

If he wanted to save her, he should have had some plan to divert them and probably then rescue purvi.

And when they were running, he got shot and purvi was brought back ...If cops would not have been there then lot more could have happened ...in anger they could killed Arjun or purvi and still taken the money ...!!!!!

We know that soham is Manav's son so they would not show him shooting Manav, but in general kidnappers are dangerous and if a gun is pointing at Manav's head then Arjun should have been more careful !!!!!

I dont think Arjun was being hero ...it was just plain foolish act ...

i don't think of Arjun as being a hero. I think Manav is more the hero. But i just think Arjun did what any man would do when his betrothed is kidnapped. At one point the gun was pointed at Purvi's head...i don't think he would say, well, let's see, if i do this...that will happen...and if i do that...something different... i dont think his actions were necessarily wrong.. In life threatening situations you act first then you think...it's just the way it is...

look i've never been kidnapped so i don't know how i would react or what i would do. but i HAVE been shot at by terrorists, twice, and i do know that you switch into another mode.. 😲

We will see tonight what happened...i hope they don't leave us in turmoil over the weekend !!!!!

ps. When i said Manav was the hero, i really mean that. He was awesome ! So brave and thinking of both Arjun and Purvi more than himself. And Hiten was amazing. ❤️ 👏

True..foolish act.
He got only one thing in his mind..save purvi.
He forgot about Manav was there. And the worst thing is he and purvi still running leaving manav there with gun pointed to his head.
He is lucky got shot on his leg.
Trying to be a hero and a saviour..but epic fail.

Manav and Arjun both wanted to be heros...Manav not only should have let arjun help as he wants to be there for his love Purvi but also should have involved Police..

Either you call it selfish on Manav or Arjun's part or call it sillyness-stupidity..or both were naive to think paying 3 crores to goons they would let Manav have Purvi and all will be hunky dory..Goons would have prolly killed Manav and Purvi and taken the money too..

So the smartest thing to do was for Manav to let Arjun be his back up with a smart plan and let the police know too so they can be prepared with the worst..

Arjun-Purvi running away towards his car in a open field was silly indeed as the car was not park next door..It was quite a distance to run for both of them...There was strong possibility of Goons to shoot both or either..And even Manav as VIshnu had gun pointed at his head 😳 Arjun-Purvi did nto even looked back once to see what would have happened to Manav if goons got mad seeing them run..How silly was that? Purvi crying for Arjun and not a thought of Baba dying in trying to save Archana's lovely daughter..

So all and all it was amature job ...I would not call anyone selfish but stupid for sure..What cracked me up is Arjun not opening the car door to untie Purvi and running with her...he takes his sweet time in removing tape off her mouth, kissing her hand, than untying and than opening the door...How silly...amature indeed..😳 I am not saying they should have been professionals...No one gets kidnapped everyday and asked for ransom but what ever one does think it thru logistically b4 being THE HERO...The whole family had a full day to think it thru.

Okay, got my answer. Selfish is a strog word to tag in this case; foolish is a better one.

i completely agree
honestly i didnt watch the yesterdays episode coz i was busy but then when i read the posts i had thought tht maybe arjun did sumthing foolish but i just happened to catch the episode online and honestly i didnt feel anything bad
whtever he did was the right thing he knew tht manav will be k with the police around
and first when he ran he was just trying to put purvi in a safe place but the wrong thing happened was when he was shot
and then second time he did put it across manav and manav was the one to throw the gun with his bag
and next the police were there so obviously arjun couldnt catch purvi and fight for manav

THIS. thank you. What Manav thought about going with the 30 mill alone is a little foolish, and Arjun leaving very quickly with Purvi . But They're there fordiff reasons, but almost the same. To relieve the goons, and to save Purvi.

And as for Arjun taking his time Kissing Purvi's hand, the girls been kidnapped and she's freaking crying, he needs to give her some sort of assurance, he's her lover for gods sake!

Naava is right, it was an emotion wrought situation where gut instincts came ino play. None of them were at fault, it would be a moot point to call anyone of the 3 selfish. And no one is blaming Manav. Again as Naava says why do we have to pit ARMAN against ARVI, they are both part of the show and while we may have individual favorites, both jodis are important to the story, of course ARMAN more so than ARVI as PR is Archana's story.

Um, dis anyone not see Arjun make eye contact with Manav ? Manav's the one who then understood he'd take Purvi and hit the goon/gun with the case . Like, Manav gave them the way to escape ...

Ofcos ur right saving both would look like miracle and totally inrealistic, and yes arjun save spurvi wht is wrong she is hislove, when archana shows mahanta v accuse her, so now atleast arjun behave practical yr v accusing him
