Archana vs ARVI - Round One!

Today's episode was certainly a move in the right direction for all concerned - yes including Arjun/Ovi.

Tej - Coming around. Loves her mother but won't admit it to everyone yet because she's still hurt by the betrayal... it won't last for very long though.

Manav - was weird for me becasue even though he remembered how he hurt Archana he showed no remorse??? I found that very unsettling.

Archana - she loves both her daughters and wants the best for them right? It seems harsh and ridiculous to most of us that she would want her damaad to give up his name, wealth and status in order to marry her daughter - why go backwards when you should be going forwards right? Well, for her it's a matter of principle. As convoluted as her thinking might be, Arjun was engaged to Ovi while he pursued Purvi, so that makes him a cheat. Only Arjun, Purvi, Sulochana and we, the audience, know the truth which makes this a bit difficult for our hero. Archana does not want either of her daughter's lives to be ruined so she's taken a stand to 'fight' for them. I give her right. Any man worth his salt should be willing to walk on water to get his woman. The condition she imposed is not that fantastic a feat but it does have its challenges of which she is very much aware.She will protect her daughters at all cost and I admire this quality in a mother.

Sulochana - She has been piecing this situation together from the conversations she's had with Purvi, Archanaa and now witnessing Arjun. Before she was aware of Purvi's feelings and today she's been convinced of Arjun's. He's made a believer out of Sulo and she may be a great support for them.

Purvi - Our girl was silent today but not unaffected. She saw for herself that her hero is willing to stand any trial to be with her and even though her mother has imposed restrictions on her, after today, Purvi will not give up on her love for she knows, absotively posolutely, that Arjun is hers. She won't let anyone or anything harm him now. She will rally for him - I can feel it in my bones.

Arjun - My rockstar!⭐️ He walked away from his company to preserve his father's relationship with Manav because he knew he was in the wrong for keepinghis feelings a secret. Big mistake - yes - but he's owning up to in and trying to make ammends amicably for everyone. We've crucified him to no end because of his foolishness and reluctance to make Ovi face the truth but we can see why he's handling her with kid gloves. He knows she's unstable - maybe figured this out from a long time ago which is why he always gave her what she wanted - to not rattle the cage. Yes - it backfired! Now, he wants Ovi to accept his relationship with Purvi but she's not letting go. As we know, obsession never ends well. He needs to rip that bandaid off! Coming back to his conversation with Archana. He understands the love Archana has for Purvi and did not scoff at her demands, belittle her words or even tried to negotiate. He accepted her challenge levelly because he knows that his love is true and he will do anything to prove to the whole world that Purvi belongs with him. The task may not be as easy as we think for people know Arjun Kirloskar - not Arjun. Without his company - what resume does he have? How does he get a job? What kind of job will he get? We wanted him to prove himself right - it's aptly said - be careful what you wish for! The CVs really stuck to us this time.

Ovi - Yes, the girl is off her rocker but utter devastation can do that to you. She won't be right for some time and unfortunately this obession will make her destructive and manipulative (with Savita's help of course). She will use every memory, every situation to her advantage to make Arjun feel guilty into loving her but what she doesn't understand is that he will eventually snap at her one day and it won't be pretty. Besides, she's underestimated Purvi too. She thinks the girl is a silent lamb not knowing she's a lioness in her own right. Archana needs to pay very, very, very close attention to Ovi as the girl's on the verge of a major nervous breakdown. Archana needs to be the same mother to Ovi as she is being to Purvi if not more so. Only a mother's love can help Ovi overcome and heal from this heartbreak.

Ok with that said - Archana will eventually cave, Tej will develop better cooking skills. Manav will continue to be creepy. Ovi will dance with unicorns until the veil is lifted. Arjun will prove his mettle by reinventing himself. Purvi will stand by her man and support him and Sachin will continue to read his newspaper in his room blissfully ignorant of all that is happening around him. 🤣

I'm not worried anymore. I've seen what I needed to and I'm convinced that even with all the struggles and possible interference ARVI will be one soon and it will most certainly be fun to watch. 😃

Tej...yaa, she had cared for her mom today, but soon i think her misconception that Archana betrayed them, will clear off it soon...cause that day, when she was doing bandaging, she asked Archu, if u had earlier knew abt Purvi-Arjun, y did u hid it frm us, u should have told us...she said that time, Tej even i came to know just now, & when i was abt to talk on same ...Manav misunderstood me...that time Tej had shocked expression👍🏼...looks some positive side for me

I feel bad for Ovi. She's in a state of delusion and the worst is yet to come. She needs people to help heal her and Savita won't do that. She will just feed Ovi's obsession. Poor Ovi. She first had to deal with the fact that her Mom didn't want her and her sister and now she has to deal with the fact that Arjun doesn't love her. How are her family helping her in this situation?

How Quickly Manav forgot while being married to Archana he offered himself to marry unwed pregnant Shravni (Dead Bro's fiance) w/o anyone's insistance and How Archana went along with it in the name of Mahanta-Sacrifice but deep down inside she still wanted manav and their eye locks never stopped..Leading a woman for 2 yrs in the name of mahanta...Grrr
