Purvi was wrong today

Today I felt Purvi was very wrong to behave how she did with Arjun. She did not even give him a chance to give his side of the story instead she gave him a very hard slap and even then Arjun was nice enough to talk to her but Purvi kept insulting him. Also how she said to Arjun,"do you not care about my reputation" was extremely selfish of her. Does Purvi not even care about Arjun's happiness? Ovi definitely does. The Karanjkars (Sulo, Archana and Purvi) have always been slapping people when their heart desires. Sulo has slapped Manav thrice, Archana slapped Manav twice and later Sulo slapped Sachu and now Purvi slaps Arjun? Also the way Sulo told off Sachin was extremely unacceptable she is no one to yell at him.

In the precap Arjun is defending the person who slapped him. Purvi had no right to even show any anger at him one bit. It is Ovi who should be reacting this way, Arjun betrayed her and not Purvi. Ovi would never have been this rude to Arjun, she loves and trusts him so much from their childhood. Purvi has never shown any love for Arjun at all.

Purvi was not wrong today, she was the one wronged and Arjun knows this.
Oh, Ovi's turn will come to rant and rave against Arjun that is if she ever realizes that he doesn't love her and doesn't want to be with her. Poor girl lives in fantasy land, made worse by that first mistake of Arjun in agreeing to marry her.
Arjun has wronged both of them and has to pay for it.

@bhallarox: In a way you are right.. it did cross my mind. She cannot physically assault Arjun for any reason. If she truly loves him, she wouldn't do that. If I were in her situation probably I would have slapped that guy too..She is helpless, she has no way of expressing her feeling to anybody except him at that point. so forgive her..

I completely agree with nikki1591...i Don't think it was purvi's fault today the way she reacted.In general when people are angry or frustrated they tend to say harsh words which they dont mean so i guess its the same thing puvis is going through ... Think about how she was feeling i mean she couldn't share it with her mom nor anyone as a matter of fact so the only person she could pour out her anger is arjun. I am sure tomorrow when arjun comes and explains wht exactly happend she will regret herself of wht she did.

If u look at it from one end i would blame him but not completely though cos he is completely in luv with purvi & who in dreams will think about abt such a situation ..else he would be preapred right????
he never thought abt all these complications cos it was just few days ago tht purvi said tht she luv's him and at tht point of time i am sure he dint even think abt anything else except purvi ..and also he might hv thought tht purvi will him and go which i think he cannot take it ..
and at the party too he couldn't do anything i mean as i mean in front of so many people u cannot say i will not get engaged right when it was already announced if it was not announced then its a different story though

But we cannot deny tht he was trying to reach Ovi and as a matter of fact he even tried telling Ovi but she never listened to him...

Second view point is he should hv told purvi tht this he agreed to marry Ovi just for her happiness as he never planned tht he will fall in luv with someone...and also at the party i was a bit upset on arjun tht atleast once he should hv thought abt purvi too instead of just thinking abt his Dad and Ovi...

So based on today's episode arjun has has to really try hard to get back purvi in his life... i am sure its gonna be tough for him..but lets seee i really hope they get back together soonnn😊

Ofcourse Purvi is hurt, Everyone could see the pain and anguish in Arjun's face, Ovi looking confused at Arju and Archana crying while talking to her..

But slapping, yelling and not listening is typical Karanjkar (Archana) behavior..Purvi should have atleast let Arjun explain. That does not getting off the hook but everyone has a right to give explanation.

I think Purvi got the look at how much Ovi loves Arjun, their looong friendship of childhood which turned into love for her. Promise by Arjun to marry her and verbal engagement announcement in public by both Manav & DK. So when this Arjun-Ovi engagement is broken off Ovi's reputation also will be ruined just like Purvi thinks her reputation is ruined..

There is no easy answer here..

But Bhalla you are right Purvi's slap was uncalled for as I dont condone any yelling, screaming or slapping...But karanjkars are aadat se majboor..😡

Lets see what Ovi does when she finds out the truth abt Arjun loving Purvi..Slap or not..She might be the surprise package who does not deserve so much hate by Arjun-Purvi fans..

BTW Slappochana Sulo was telling Sachin how to talk to his Aai Archana, she should remembre how to talk to Daamad and Sachin who is from Archana's ILs family...BIL's son...Slappochana had no right to slap him, manav 3 times ...While she let the bigomist FBD off the hook, Manju off the hook, Archana off the hook and last but not least her greedy self off the hook..😡
