Kool and everyone else... today I am mega confused with what the CVs are trying to show about Archana the character - seriously do the Cvs even know what they are showing - such a flip flop in a character, such high and low burst in energy - the fight for a higher cause (the chawl case) and then crying for the husband lost in the process is a serious mental condition called Bipolar Disorder - which need a strict medicine regime to control these emotional outburst - and often cannot be even detected as a disease since most people don't know the signs and symptoms to look for in people (they are super normal to most people) - maybe the cVs can bring this disease in the forefront in Archu...otherwise I don't know how to justify her actions anymore...

[
Sachu will melt and STOP the divorce . He is not without feelings or heartless ...he has gone thru a LOT in life , tossed around like a football . He is wrestling with many many emotions right now

Loyalty to Granny

Protective towards Manav

Confusion towards Archana [ come as it may he cannot bring himself to hate her as such , we see him admitting that in private ...Why am I not happy }

Natural love towards biological mom Shravani .

Wonder about his dead father . A sad question mark .

SEE how many emotions he is wrestling with .

He will soon stop fighting his love for Archana and think for HIMSELF .

Very soon .

Sachu will infact FIRE Savita for ill using Shravani .

I hope Sachu is calmed down when Deshmukhs accept Shravni as a bahu instead of treating her like a machine who gave them their waaris . Shravani need not marry Manav to be Deshmukh family .

I love Sachu's character .

I also hope Cvs do real justice to this character...very very interesting portrayal of the character so far...loved the way he looked at Poorvi today- an angle Cvs need to use to the fullest...

Kool, I actually liked Archana's scene with Sachu today. I saw the mother in her here. Her pain, her anger. I am glad she is reminding Sachu of the times she was there for him, the love she has for him. Sachu needed to hear this because it is true. I hated the way Savita poisoned his mind against Archana when in reality she was a good mother to him in the time she raised him. I don't want Sachu to ever forget that.
The rest of the episode was a bore with more of Purvi irritating my nerves. I will say this again, Arjun did not have to give her a ride home but instead of thinking of it as a thoughtful gesture on his part she once again put him down. I really hate her attitude, its like grow up already Purvi!!

Kool, I think Cvs did a mistake here...or they maynot have thought the adoption angle through well ahead...they should have had a biological kid of Arman (that Manav don't know about before leaving for CAnada or something ) to make this angle meaningful...I am sure they are bitting their nails off after reading our posts regarding thsi issue...

Excellent commentary Kool. And loved reading everyone else's posts too. Liked Archu-Sachu's interaction. Of all the children, Archu and Sachu had the strongest bond and she does love him. Though over-dramatic, it's nice to see her actually showing some maternal feelings for the children she lost. What she's asking for is stupid though. How can Sachu give her the moments with her children she lost coz she didn't fight for them when it mattered? How can she even demand custody of her kids--they're of legal age and any court cannot order them to stay with one parent or another. Any custody arrangements cannot be part of divorce proceedings coz there's no question of custody of adults. She may request that the kids stay with her so that she can make up to them; but that cannot and will not halt divorce proceedings technically. Of course, since this is PR, they might just show that the kids , sorry adult children, have to stay with Archana to fulfil her demands for divorce. And what's with the "tell manav deshmukh i won't give him divorce until he gives me the children"? When did he even ask for a divorce? He first thought she wanted a divorce which she refused, then he said let's get back together and then she wanted a divorce. She's behaving as though he asked her for a divorce so he can marry Shravani, and she's fighting him for it. Stupid CV's! Can't the writers atleast keep whatever crap they're dishing out straight in their heads?

And if she's decided to divorce and let the D's be a happy family with Shravani, why's she doing this drama of wanting the kids? Cut it cleanly; after all Archana and Manav have lived separate lives for so many years and they live in different continents. Or she can tell Sachu that she's been foolishly and somewhat egoistically waiting for Manav to call her back; and now that he has, she's not going to let anyone separate her from her family which includes the children she so desperately wants suddenly. This confusing behavior from Archana has been a hallmark of her character. She seems to do this with everything. She does with Shravani, and she's doing it now. She also did it by asking Manav to do something to buy her mother's house, and then told him not to. She told him to do save the chawl, and then not to get involved. What's a guy to do with these confusing signals she keeps sending him? It's difficult for a woman to figure out what she wants, and guys are even denser at taking hints. No wonder he always tried to make sure his MIL stayed happy coz that was a surefire way to earn Archana's approval.

I don't like it that Ovi and Teju are being sidelined in favor of Purvi. She's highly irritating and self-righteous, and though I have nothing against adopted children; one's own children shouldn't be neglected to make sure the adopted one feels secure. And I would hate it if Manav started paying more attention to Purvi, unless Archana compensated by focusing on Ovi, Teju and Sachu; both of them getting to know the children they didn't raise. All of them should have important roles; different maybe; but important. And not by making all the Deshmukh kids negative and Purvi positive either. Lastly, Purvi and Sachu would make a good pair. Arjun and Purvi are too similar, and they would soon get tired of each other. On the other hand, Sachu can calm Purvi down a little while she makes him more "social" since he seems to be an introvert. And Ovi will be the calming force in Arjun's busy, busy lifestyle.

Very well written...the Cvs have made Archu a 'confused Soul" (as said by Arjun in yesterday's episode regarding Poorvi)...I don't know if the Cvs even know about a mental disease called 'Bipolar Disorder' that tend to have similar confused symptoms...with extreme high and low burst...

Hi Kalapi, .😔Lord have mercy, I was trying my best not to say Archana is Bipolar. Unfortunately I am really starting to believe she is Bipolar also, cause I have ran out of excuses for her behaviour for the 24yrs. I think the Cvs should declare this, to save face, because normal people don't behave like this. If they think this is normal behaviour, only God alone can help them.

I am torn between thinking, Archana is either evil, pagaal or suffer from Martyr Complex. I don't know which one is it. This is not normal behaviour. She spent 18yrs without her children, she exercised abnormal restraint in not finding them. Now she is panicking in getting them back and their lost memories? This cannot be normal behaviour. She spent 18yrs crying over Manav, and not trying to fix her problems, yet as she sees him she goes into panic mode. Then Sachu comes with a ridiculous request for Shravani to marry Manav, which any normal woman would think that is BS,and try to find out the truth, especially after Manav just declared love and wanting her back, the Nit Wit still can't get a clue? You are right she has to be Bipolar. No wonder she could not leave her mayka and raise Purvi on her own, she can't function on her own. So, is either the Cvs show her being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder or They are obviously suffering from it, why they write her scripts like this. Archana's behaviour have me going around in circles. I am at lost for words in understanding her behaviour.
