Varsha you are forgetting something very very important, IN EKTA'S WORLD ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN😆 Lawyers don't have to know the Law only say they are a Lawyer. You can migrate in just a few days to another country without any formality or type of visa. You can fly from one end of the world to another end without Visa as you please. You can travel from Canada to India in one day and be back home by dinner time, after meeting all workers to say they have their job still.😆 So, why can't Vaishali and Satish get married again, without their spouses knowing. Even Manav at first was dumb enough (or was it the cvs?) to think Archu could be married again, and they never spoke for 18yrs.

hello everybody out there .well kool i just want to say that you just read my heart bc i agree with each and every point of your post and its nice to see many new like minded friends also join us 😊secondly i would like to say that sachu is a lawer and a lawer can fight verbaly can give argument so i want i want saachu to show archana mirror and fight karanjkars for manav.but the way story is moving the cv's looks more interested in showing arjun purvi playing role in arman reunion and in doing so they both might fall in love.soon we will see archana fighting for her daughter purvi and becoming a mother for arjun but we will never see archana becoming mother to ovi teju sachin she will always do injustice with them for the sake of showing them right path.i also fully agree with ke since PR is manav archana story so it should revolve around them and their children but cv's are showing arjun purvi as hero heroine as a viewr i m more interested in seeing ovi teju sachin soham problems and their bonding with archana manav but cv's might show sachin ovi teju ovi negative why i dont know. but i have many expectatins with sachu character .

However, I must tell something about industries/private companies, considering I have worked in 3 companies. Manufacturing companies DO NOT fire people like the way they are showing in PR. I have never heard management FIRING THE ENTIRE STAFF at one go. Very unrealistic !! One production unit of Godrej stopped production for one year. No one was fired. Firing concept is there in IT companies, because they are service related and employee salary is a major part of the turn over. whenever, market is down all they can do is sacking some employees. However, in production units, where employee salary is not a major percentage of the turn over, one is fired only in case he is very inefficient. Even mediocre performers enjoy their time there.

Considering Arjun talks about the production unit, I believe it has a production unit and it is not at all a service related company. Even if the unit is a lossmaking one, nobody desires to sack all manpower and recruit afresh. I would like to tell about Paradeep Phospahte plant. It was a PSU and started making losses. Juari agrochemicals took over it. Very few were fired. The new employer wants to cash on the experience the old employess. So firing the entire staffs is just a bakwaas.

But why did Arjun decide to sack all just after a clash with Poorvi or whatever? And who on earth gives a notice period of 1 year? one month, two months..that's it. Sometimes when the management decides to sack someone, they give 2 months salary and ask him to go the very same day. This occurs when the employee is very inefficient or did something that made huge losses.

I do not find any reason, why Arjun is hell bent on sacking all.
