Archana should go to the party. One shouldn't make an issue of arguments in relationships. If she takes one argument or one yelling to heart and ego, then it will only strain the relationship further. When the spouse behaves wrongly once, then the other partner should learn to handle things sensibly, rather than make an ego issue out of it.

Plus Manav didn't yell cos he was embarassed of her. He yelled cos her low self confidence gave Dharmesh a chance to insult her. In future, if anything bad happens to him, she is the one who has to handle everything (made apparent by the fact that he has kept all his property on her name), so he doesn't want her to be weak. Understanding the cause of her husband's worry, Archana should go to the party and show her husband that she is very much capable of giving it back to those who insult her and can handle everything. That will surely make Manav proud of her too. He will himself apologise for yelling at her. He was anyway uncomfortable in the last episode.
