I am personally very sensitive when it comes 2 kids, being myself a person who has strive a lot to conceive so i know the value of children.

I hated Varsha for aborting the child without giving a damn 2 her husband n his feelings n without caring n bothering about the repercussions of her action.
It is equally true that the MIL was not a very easy person 2 live with. Varsha, too independent n too opinionated hated the MIL constant interference in her life n taking her pregnancy as an illness n going like a broken record, "dont do this dont do that", talking abt the baby on evry single occasion n on top of that her relatives whowud come n give free advice but even that, cannot justify wat Varsha did n as some of us have said, i accept, since Sasha were living with the parents, it was bound 2 happen n in a sense Varsha shud accept the grandma's concern.
It was also very understandable that Bhavna was hurt knowing about the sterility of Varsha which has happened only due 2 Varsha's irreparable blunder. Besides as Sawmya said she didn't get the time 2come to terms with the shock like Sasha had. Her insisting on the pota() at any cost yelling that Satish shud remarry if needed cud also b excused by the rush of adrenaline n outbursts of emotions at the realization that her dreams have been shattered.
But wat she said 2day was monstrous n so cheap. Such strong words coming from an educated person is very condemnable. She may not approve of orphan kids being reared as her grandchildren but shud she b so harsh n mean? Besides this is Sasha's decision. They r well off, if Varsha cant conceive n they want 2 adopt n give the care n love they have 2 an orphan craving for these basic necessities, why not? To hell with Bhava's pettiness n antic thought that she needs her blue blooded heirs 2 preserve her coming generation.

I'm waiting for today's written update, so I don't know what exactly happened. But seems like Bhavna was very mean about orphaned children, which is very, very wrong. Children are the most innocent beings with no malice whatsoever, and a form of God. That said, I think Varsha should give Bhavna some time to come to terms with the fact. If she keeps pushing her then it will only get worse. Bhavna has to be given time to mellow down first, and then talk to her about adopting. Or Satish-varsha should move out and live independently if they dont want interference. This is the same thing that happened with Savita that has come so far---Manav, Damo and Vandu kept pushing Archu in Savita's face without considering her own feelings. Bhavna probably has no rights since it's Satish-Varsha who have to take the final decision, but she does have feelings and as long as they all live together, those feelings have to be acknowledged. If Bhavna is the one pushing SaSha about "pota", then they can just tell her they're meeting experts for help on conceiving which should put her off for a while at least. Which, btw, they should be doing--taking the help pf experts I mean. Instead, they're telling her one day that Varsha cant conceive coz of her hasty mistake, and the very next day they are telling her they want to adopt. They need to give her and more importantly, themselves some time to think it over. Adoption is a very serious decision and responsibility, and everybody involved should be ready for it. Especially Varsha. I just hope Varsha didn't make the mistake of bringing a child home and Bhavna was hostile to the child directly.

Jaanu I did not like what Bhavna had to say about Orphan kids...That was out of line and downright mean ..👎🏼
I think first time I saw Varshu talking to Bhavna and letting her know her feelings abt kids and what motherhood is..Looking at Bhavna's expressions and being quiet listening to it I am sure tmrw there will be a break through between the two..
Bhavna does have a good heart...Overall she is a good MIL..She needs time and calm communication to make things OK...Instead of yelling match and being Rude, Varsha acted more mature in having communication with her MIL...I feel it will do some good...

Hi all
I have been following this debate and found it interesting.
Agree that both Varsha and Bhavna are having their faults.
But Bhavna's demands are out of order. Also the explanation that people are talking is cringeworthy.
Despite all this I was ok with her to a point!
But yesterday she crossed all lines of decency when she spoke so wickedly about the orphan kids. Her not wanting Varsha to adopt is also to a point understandable but the nasty things she was saying about the children was very disturbing. For me there is very little she can do to redeem herself after talking thus about innocent kids!
Don't mean to offend anyone, just my POV.

Bhavna is not bad at heart i agree. She has been a decent MIL n once problems cropped up, she n her husband moved 2 their home n gave the newly wed couple space, which is all 2 her credit. But she is a very imposing lady n like 2 control n get things done her way. As soon she came back, she started her bad habits again, something which does not really goes very well down the too full of herself Varsha at that time.
Her taking an appointment with the gynae without consulting her bahu is really too much, coming from her, an educated person, even if it was with gud intention.
2day Varsha was very gud. She talked 2 her very maturely n with respect despite her rudeness n meanness. Varsha didn't impose adoption on Bhavna. It was Bhavna who started the topic n started her disgusting talk

Hello Varsha 😊, so nice name 🤗, please dont think I mind 😆😃... I just thought I tell you and see now we know more of each other and names 😊

Your are very sweet 😊

Just these days I am not in contact with Pavitra Rishta, the absence of the sister in law (now married) and so much rush, ceremony, and etc 😆 ... now a little time at home 😊. My mother in law watches them but I think we didn't have time. Now I guess we do and will watch 😆, but so sad the updates are gone , because I'll leave for Poland on June and the updates would keep me with the story 😉

Do you see I finally use this control (quote) first time 😃, how silly of me I didn't figure out before 😆

Agree a 100%. My thoughts exactly. Why can't I get my point across so succinctly like this:-)? I always struggle!

zee i understood what you said always 😊 and agree.....Bhavna does have a right to expect a Pota....but the way she goes around imposing it and forcing it on her DIL is all wrong...though Varsha never thinks before she speaks...but she has got a gem of a pati and with him beside her she does not have to worry...my only worry is hope the maker of this wonderful EK show do not bring the extra marital affair in Satish's life in search of a pota for his Mother 😕
