I voted for Archana, she doesn't know it yet but her no longer working in the same company as Manav will be good for her. Archana needs to distance herself from him, she was able to do it before and can do it again, she just needs motivation. I feel bad for her though, here she is trying to please her future in laws and then she overhears Manju complaining about money now that Archana is out of a job. I hope she finds work elsewhere soon.
