If u go thru vidyasus' post on laws,u'll find laws on retrenchment and that management is entitled to retrench subjected to some conditions.

In PR,they showed Dharmesh has fulfillef the necessary conditions as he comments he is within his rights.So,what happens next is Human Rights lady comes in and gives dhamkis to him.😆😆Normally,they first have one-to-one talk.Negotiation happens,if at all HR is involved.Trade Unions are involved as well.BUt never like this giving crappy dialoges that Gareeb workers can not be retrenched as they are gareeb.Aisa koi law hai nahi which says workers can be retrenched as they r poor.

Leaving aside technicalities completely,and even on emotional front,I dont understand why Manav was angry.If he can quit for Archu without thinking abt his family,why cant he accept when his boss throws him out.I dont see why his emotions are so inconsistent.When it comes to boss throwing u out,he feels angry bcoz he has a family to support.But when he does undue mahaanta for Archu,then he conveniently forgets how his family needs him.Is that what we call heroism?Not my definition at all.And then why shud I sympathy with him as a poor-worker-getting-thrown-out-is- justified-in-his-anger-thing when his anger is actually conveniently selective.😃😃

Manav was protesting not just for himself but for all the mazdoors , his conscience said this is wrong as lot of family are dependent on one working member nd will starve if they loose their job. Yes he shouldn't have called Dharmesh 'gawar' that was disrespectful but the way the whole issue was handled made Dharmu look like a heartless capitalist , he could have done it in a better manner. As far as Manav leaving his job for Archu's sake is concerned that was his personal matter he did it Archu's sake so that she could keep the job , yes it would have been diff for him sustain his family but he was largehearted enough to take that risk.

piyu,Manav was protesting for all other workers and yet the CVs showed when he started shouting,the workers instead of joining him were actually holding him back😆They shud hav jumped in and shouted slogans if thr was truly an injustice.

If he can sacrifice for Archu...and be so largehearted,why not for the people who gave him a job when he needed the most.

I shud hav liked to see him fighting for all,with all in a united way....with proper reasons, citing out the unfairness of it all.Quiting job or getting thrown out means ultimately one thing...tht he was out of job.Being out of job was not a problem for Manav,as he is so largehearted.What his actual problem shud hav been is the injustice of it all.....which was actually not shown.Even the fact that he was fighting and shouting to dharmesh for other workers was also not depicted in the show.😃

guys..off topic here..as usual...but today i feel very sad for the cast of CB as their serial came to an abrupt end....i hope that both leads (Rubina and Avinash) get another serial soon...they are very talented and i hate to see it go to waste...😕😔..this is a lesson for ekta and her cohorts...😡

That was a maha faaltu serial . Good it ended . What happened in the end btw .

today is their last show...dj's screwed up the serial when they decided to show dev having amnesia and having another so called wife and family..it been on a downhill slide for quite a while now...i feel sad for the leads though
