Today's show was a little more than just a show .It involves th very complicated issue of Involuntary redundancies in a company ..
This is a sensitive subject and if taken wrongly then will effect company's name and Goodwill..
I need to know the rules before I can determine who was right ..If say manav was right ....then Dharmesh ahs done a serious mistake by not finding out th facts and being bull headed about something like this ..
It will give his company a bad name and rep and will make hsi other partner very very angry ...I am surprised to see how little Satish's opinion matters in the company ...
I think this will be decided i n the court and I think Manav and the workers will win ...
Rasika is just the right person to get involved in this ...
I gave my vote to manav initially because he did not take this lying down ...
In my knowledge involuntary redundancy is something serious and the workers should be paid a big amount of money and time should be given to them to look for another job with very good refernces ...
Dharmesh did not mention any of this to manav ..The workers were just given a list , that just did not seem right ...
Now from my Archu's point of view ...I always watch this show keeping in mind how it will effect Archana ..
I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that she will jump in th fire again ...
Manav being rude hardly matters to her ..
She will jump in because he needs her , that's it ...
No matter what he does , she will not stop caring ....
His battle is her battle too ..
She has gone too far in her love for him to stop now ..His love is part of her DNA now ..
beside I am sure that she strongly feels that he is right ...
I think both Satis hand Archana will help the workers ..
Though , this might put a lot of strain on the jaywant and Archana rishts and Jay would not be able to understand Arrchu's love for Manav ..I don't expect him to . he is a normal guy , he will think like a normal person ..
What is happening between Archana and Manav is now not normal at all....From Archu's side it has almost gone to the point of devotion ....
It's all divine forces that are around them .....
Look at the way Damodar is threatening Bappa with full confidence ...he knows that this relationship is not a normal relationship at all.....
