Hai Tanya di.Actually I am so confused whom to vote.Three were good/better yesterday but then each have their own flaws also.As you all know those three were Dharmesh,Manav and Rasika.

First regrading Dharmesh,From my POV,he hasn't done any unethical thing,illegal or injustice,it purely professional and expected from a Bussiness man.Its the fact happening everywhere.Gauri di said everything very well.if the management decide they are unfit or not needed,they have the right to dismiss them and yes after following or adhering to set of rules and regulations.When an employee has the right to shift to other company for a better salary and job(as he foresee a better future there) by giving an intimation before a known period,then same goes for employer too.He too can do certain things within the rules for his benefit.If tomorrow manav shifts to other company as he foresee a better future in other company,then can dharmesh demand(or did has the right to order him) to be here as you are experienced.No and its not fair.Plus dharmu doesn't have the right to do so.But what he has done now is fair and has the right to do so from his side.But then said, he also had flaws w.r.t me.He could have conveyed this in a better way.He would have arranged for a meeting with all workers and explain the plight to all by telling them the comapny needs and you will be given a time period to search for alternative and given compensation too.
Because we know he will be giving those two as he said to sathish,but workers didn't know and one more thing is that even though sathish thinks emotionally,before taking a decision he would have consulted his partner and make him undertand how it benefit the company and what way he is right.So no vote for dharmu.

Then comes Manav.He was right to get emotional knowing that he got sacked just like that(Because he is experienced worker)
But then it doesn't justify the way he showed his anger.for me,his flaws are,whenever he thinks he is right,then he goes for it with sttubbornnes(he said before he will leave this job) but if it is other way around,if someone does it,he gets angered.Ok,now if he take it as he got angered on behalf of other workers too ,then again,handling of this matter should be in other matured way as atleast rasika did and not in the way he behaved.
Apart from this where I got more angered is that the way he reacted to archu.Is this the way to react to her after what all she has done.As always ,easily he shows his anger on her.As she doesn't oppose you ,did it give you the license to take everything on her.You value and love,work and do everything and give priority for those who are at your home na.Then show your anger also at home.Dont show it to a girl who you have ruined.
So I didn't vote for manav also,I go with guari di and jaanu di.Exactly as jaanu di said,until he proves as a good husband to archu,I will not vote for him.

Then comes Rasika,Even though she was good today and valid reasons to get the vote,you know her flaws,her past deeds,she hasn't repented yet,without that these cvs have started redeeming her By keeping manav aside.so I doesn't vote for her too.


So finally,coming out of my confusion,I vote for none Tanya di.Sorry Di for not voting after this much long post.Asking this with holding my ears.😊

I wish to know something.With this fighting going on,How it will be resolved within two days before sunday special epi and all will join the celebration on that day.will dharmesh give in😕

@Saffy: oh saffy,your post on Jay mom was so good yaar.I too want her to give it to manav and sav.But why do you think PR will end on ARMAN reunion yaar.Let it happen,we have been waiting so long na and them being together ha so many scopes to develop the story and it will be nice to see rather than ARMAN turning into sinners as Tanya di said..Ask Kool di,Tanya di,Hope di,Jaanu di,Guari di,Niki and yourself for the story ahead after ARMAN reunion.You all will come up with nice ones.Dont ask CVs.dont ever try to ask them...😆

Yes di, More possibly,it may happen as you said,And the further consequences of it(may be dharmu and jay's anger and other issues) may lead to ARMAn reunion.

My vote goes for Rasika. these days the previous bad characters are behaving more maturely.

Drahmesh is legally correct , Manav is humanly correct .
