Guy7 whats all this?who wants to c this management workers brawl?all efforts to pull up manav's character frm kachra.but the damage is all done.instead of people luvng manav they r hating him to the extent that they dont mind supporting the wrong side(here dharmesh).All factories n companies regarding appointment of workers.with out prior notice of some minimum period the management cant oost them like that.just to show some crap these cv's are trying hard. I dont like Archana with Jaywant.she is too good for him.only a guy like satish can marry her not even manav. Dharmesh is doing wrong things repeatedly.his attitude wen ajit was injured,taking decisions alone with out discussing with satish he mustnt do like that.i regret opening his fan club. My Sotd is manav for what he did today. Rasika using her brain atlast for some constructive work rather than ruining people's life. Better..

My vote's 2 Manav. Watched epi after along tym and whatta way to come back. Mannu was rawr!
Both Dharmesh and Manav wer ryt in their own way. Bt am disappointd wid Dharmu.Wen Manav ws rightfully angered by the decision, he cud hav handled da situation better bt opted to shw his arrogance.

I have only read the episode update, and I don't know rules etc. but I think I can understand Manav. He doesn't know that much of protocol and all (come on he is just a worker- not an economics graduate or an MBA). So he will only think from the emotional angle and his own need. Arey I myself didn't know anything about redundancy laws and stuff, Tanya Di was alo confused, what will Manav know?

So I don't really blame him. I think this is realistic keeping in mind his uneducated state. Gauri, he cannot debate about rules and all like you in front of Dharmesh. He doesn't know as much as you do. He being an uneducated worker will talk from the emotional angle only. I would be very surprised if he suddenly starts talking about rules and redundancy. He can only be expected to talk from the emotional angle is what I feel.

Frankly speaking I don't know whether Manav opposing management is wrong or right. But I think I can understand where it is coming from and why he has taken such a stand. Seems realistic to me. If Satish sits and explains that such and such is the policy of any damn company and such and such is govt. policy, then I think he will understand. Right now he doesn't know all this.

At least that's what I feel.

Anyway I reserve my vote for SOTD. Am confused whom to vote for. No one seemed that impressive today.

Today's episode was bizarre. No one to vote for. Okay, Jaywant's mom for taking the bull by the horn and expressing her displeasure.
