Tanya didn't you said if Manav says no to the divorce but Archana says yes still they will get the divorce

I don't know how it works in the legal system ....

I mean it makes sense that if 2 people just cannot work out their differences then the yshould be granted a divorce . Unless of course there is some other time period that is give n, say another 2 months or so .....

Nooo Tanya...Manav will never slap Archu...he's not that violent..he loves her yaar...and to his credit,he is a gentleman too...he will not slap her...not after all the torture he has given her .First,he'll try to talk her out of this to which Archu will adamantly refuse reminding him of his own sacrifice and his commitment and how she has every right to decide what to do with her own life...he will go mad but he will find the solution...he will do it in his own way by sayin no to divorce

Also what I know of ...if in this period the husband can prove that they have indeed lived as husband and wife under one roof , even getting intimate and all that then he has a right to ask for extention ...

But he has never even got close to even hugging her so how can he prove that he has lived as a proper husband ..

Remember wha tthe judge said ,

you two have to live under the same roof as husband and wife for 3 months ' . That also means sharing the same bed . If Archana can prove that he never lived with her as a husband even though she was in his house for 3 months and then of course she will be granted the divorce .

For manav to have any grounds to stop the divorce he has to not just refuse the divorce but also do ....you know what ...😆

What I was thinking was last time,the judge gave three months because Manav wanted divorce,he basically wanted Manav to decide.So,now if Manav says No,the divorce should not be happening...but yes if he says No,Archu will retaliate and say she wants the divorce now...but the judge will be angry since it was she,in the first place, who had denied last time...he will ask her the reason and she'll be all tongue tied...he will go ahead and give them a piece of his mind for wasting his and the court's time and stop the divorce.😊

All Archana has to say that I went to his house , I lived gthere for 3 months , as I was told ...In these 3 months I was made to stay in the kitchen and he never ever touched me ....that's it , the judge will not wait for one second and will grant her the divorce .

The legal system is not as confused as Manav . For manav to hold any grounds to his refusal of divorce , he has to make sure that he has indeed lived with Archana as a husband and has had physical relationship with her as well .

Then Archana will not be able to get a divorce that easily .

Absolutely she will do it , once she makes up her mind she will go ahead with the divorce at any cost .

Manav will just have to do everything right from his side ...

You are forgetting she's the adarsh Indian Bahu and she stills loves Manav unconditionally

Remember,Manav too wanted to go ahead with the divorce at any cost,he was so angry when Archu said No,but the adarsh Indian Husband that he is,he could not talk about a reason for divorce,he could easily have said about the satish thing and Archu's staying in her maayka all these days...but no he didnot do it

So,I dont see how Archu will say about their physical relationship infront of everyone...she will only fume and demand a divorce or ask the judge for a break to have a talk with Manav and try to emotionally blackmail him

what if Ajit frames manav in something very very drastic and the only way to save manav is that either Vandita or Archana marries him ( since no other shareef girl is ready to do so ) ....

What if it is Manav's neck on the line ...... still think Archana will not do everything in her power to save him ......??????
