Manav's reason for not speaking up in front of the judge was Shravani and the bacha ....He knew that satish was a mistake that he had made .... he just could not tell the judge about his brother's baby ...

Probabaly in his mind he has vandita for now .

Also we know that Manav has physically assulted Ajit very badly ...

well lets say its between vandu and archu. archu is going to try to save vandu but what if manav can only say one who is he going to save. his sister or his wife, in name only.....archu might end up with ajit
