Hmm so the epi started with Archu at the window night and morning daddy dear did a good load on the twist in literature wonder how Madhuri seemed to pop up at nearly six or seven in the morning to take Archu to meet a teary eyed Swati and co. This Swati does seem quite a wimp and well I'm sure Ajit exercises just for the heck of it. Manav Archu finally meet it was good... Manav really did well acting dumbstruck by Archu's appearance out of the blue. Nothing mattered to him then neither the spatter of the rain (surprisingly in the midst of bright sunlight.... what a strange co incidence that one could see the shadows quite clearly in the back drop of the entire street). Oh well yes erm back to the scenario the pelting rain drops did little to flicker his eyelids that seemed to have been glued up while he gawped at Archu who (quite out of understanding kept shielding her face.... from what is what still hounds me... still configuring though!). The burn mark glowing on her milky wrist as the charmed entrance to a cavern of treasures or so appeared to Manav I guess. Also loved his quick little double back to the unknown vehicle since he did not seem to own it felt quite odd for him to know it held an umbrella as he had just popped up the hood of the engine on arrival and not once glanced inside the car. Anyways I'm sure the generous driver tipped him off on the umbrella lest the downpour turn into the hurricane Katrina and Manav be forced to sail in an upturned umbrella for the sheer need to save his dear life... (there I go dreaming again... imagining Manav smiling brightly sailing on the street waving to Archu clinging onto the roof of the cafe or gym whatever... what splendid romance). Oh dear side tracked again oh and the kitchen scene mom daughter patch up splendid.... didn't find any flaw there really it was really well done. Manjusha really looks pretty as a picture shooting daggers at the V sisters via her eyes. Oh and the wedding I think Vinod had a fresh haircut, Manjusha's Aayi somehow appeared to resemble to an alarming extent to Cinderella's step mother in ofcourse the animated Disney version.... the eyes are so alike in appearance one would think the cartoonist must've had a detailed look at Manjusha's Aayi before sketching the evil step mom.... her stare could freeze an innocent's blood similar to a basilik in outcome.... that I believe is the Rowling in me talking. One thing I could not understand is how exactly did Swati come to know of the exact address of the wedding venue..... didn't Ajit sever ties with her and Archu too failed to supply her an address as she walked off clutching the gifted umbrella..... well then word does get round quick doesn't it.

Thanks Munee for making me laugh so hard. Still havn't seen the epi. So sad. Lekin after reading your post one thing is bothering me.. Why is Archana named with an A.. when Sulo anty named all her other children with V. Archana ko janam se special designation diya tha kya.

Munee....that Swati will be a pain in the butt for Archana....coz the SIL's family will try to argue that Archu is avenging them for not introducing her to the guy.....arrghhh!! well, altho i will be mighty pleased with the end result....it'll jjust be more heartache for Archu and her family!! also, i guess the next couple of days this'll be of primary concern!!

OMG!! Today's scene was so amazing!!!! The way Manav ket staring at Archu and then offering the umbrella!! Hai, mein mar jawaaaaaaa!!!!!!! I totally fell in love with ArMan all over agin!!!!

Jc these days I have all kinds of humour stocked inside me that seems to need a vent everytime I see blooper after blooper in the otherwise wonderful serial. I too don't know why the eldest of the sisters hasn't been made to follow the V tradition. Could be she feared they might turn into V 3 plus it was an old sitcom that came on El Tv years back. Still remember the jingle though..... lol.

Lolz.. Humor is always a good medicine and there's no harm in ODing on it. Well mera favorite part in the epi was Varsha and mom's hug. awwww....see Varshu can cry. Archu ko rone bolo toh mushkil se ek aansu nikalta hai.. aur Varshu opens a waterfall. haha.. i was thinking the actor might have has some reaction to the glycerine...uske aansu toh ruk hi nahi rahe the...instead of the regular one lined tear it was like flood gates were opened.

Manav and Archana's meeting scn was good only for Sushant's expressions. I kept smiling for that reason. Varna the umbrella scn had me in splits. no that he went into someone else's car and grabbed an umbrella...but the whole interaction seemed unnatural. The part where she comes to clear the misunderstanding was fine. They should have ended there. But just to create a soft spot in Archana's heart about Manav they do something like this. Her defense of Manav's good nature in front of her friends also seemed forced. Who speaks like that about a stranger jus cause he gave an umbrella.

Don't you think JC it was rushed the Manav Archu bonding scene..... damn KYM still keep reverting back to Milsi and his takes and the way he met cry baby... atleast it was so well thought out. I think with Ekta being targetted for her soaps being slow coaches the creatives have sped up with the new projects. In the old days we couldn't even have expected Manav to see Archu he might have witnessed her toe nail in the second week a finger in the third a hand in the fourth an arm in the fifth probably the bust by the tenth and the whole of her after a month's time. Even Swati appearing miraculously at the wedding venue was hurried. Well I'm not complaining cuz this fast ball means more action less of drama aka glycerine.

ok, onto the 'meeting' scene!! i loved Sushant's acting!! 😳 he was soo awestruck on finally having met his dreamgurl.....i guess, Manav cudn't believe his eyes that altho he's been looking for her in the trains....she comes knocking on his door ;) i guess he neva heard anything that her friends were accusing him after he caught sight of Archu!! i too giggled to myself when i saw that he promptly gets the umbrella from a car that's NOT his and he's been callled upon to fix it....hehe!! with him stealing the umbrella....i guess evrything's fair in love and war!! altho i wudda loved if they'd have showed a lil more of Manav!! :D

I too am sensing problems for little miss sunshine now Saima, with that Swati wimp in the picture pointing that too at Dracula himself (didn't anyone tell her pointing was bad). I think Dracula's mum has raven sharp eyes I certainly would dread another round of her taunts to Archu's family on her valour's expense. I'm sure Archu would want Swati to be the legal wife of that gym stud rather than the over decked Ms NRI.... Where does Manav fit in all this, now I'm hoping... still ... that Manav lives in close quarters to Archu's chawl though somehow the house hardly looks like a chawl house it's so damn spacious one would think it's an apartment. So I was saying that I certainly would want the meeting scenario to change from train compartments to somewhere more interesting like his garage or somewhere like that. Wishful thinking and I really don't want them to meet in another temple where they'd stand eyes closed besides one is supposed to focus on the deity rather than prospective grooms and brides there.

I loved their meeting in the rain today. But that's where it should have stopped.
