Thank you for providing some good discussions about the characters in this forum...even in the last stretch when most other people made Mini hate a national pastime and railed against people pointing out the superficial depiction of a married couple.

I don’t really have anything much else to say about the characters anymore either and since I’m not here to drool over actors, I guess there isn’t much else left for me here either.

Would have been nice to wrap up the last days on a nostalgic note but Log hi Yahaan aise hain ki I guess there’s no point.

I don't know about others but I call out everyone's mistakes, even HS', maybe even more than other characters because I expected so much from him based on his character sketch initially, LOL.

Aniruddh I admire for his skill and craft. There is no doubt about his brilliance when playing HS, but when the writing is not up to the mark, what can we do about HS' behavior and actions? It is what it is. At first I couldn't understand what was going on but after a point it became clear that the writers had abandoned their attention to detail and pattern of crafting out arcs in meaningful ways, and that they weren't planning to go back to the basics as we'd seen early on. It's such a shame things have come to this.

As for Minnie, well... I don't understand the hate, I never will. She has a specific nature, certain behavioral patterns, etc. She cannot be blamed for everything. Hanita's spoken but especially unspoken interactions before the marriage were high points of the show for me. Just take the example of that small scene when she's about to go to court alone and doesn't want Minnie to get involved, and then how HS asks her if should accompany her, followed by her response. What a fab scene! They didn't even used to look each other in the eye but the comms were fab, and now? Never mind. It started to especially deteriorate on the wedding night and since then it's just been nuts.

I am just waiting for the last episode and am trying to come to terms with the fact that a show like this which could have ended on a wonderful note just became the victim of sabotage by its own writers.

Hey, atleast people got to see a happily married couple drowning in love. All is not lost 😛😆

Personally, it was so much better with them unmarried. I would take the long walks, the night conversations over this doobna doobana. 😔

It is, and I've learned my lesson never to have high expectations from ITV soaps again, no matter how great the quality of writing seems to be at the start.

Yes, but I've never seen everything ruined this properly. Going back to previous arcs and spoiling them is a first for me. Guess I've learnt my lesson now to never hope or expect from an ITv PH.

"ruined this properly" - yes! This perfectly sums it up. Pathetic!
