This is also a good lesson for audiences- not to make a mountain of a molehill. I don’t expect My parents/ siblings to apologize to me for every time they said something that hurt me and I am glad they don’t either though I know I must have hurt them too. We dust it off and move on!!! I can’t even imagine having to have a conversation about every tiff- that would be weary and tooo damn formal.

That is why family is different- you can say shit to each other and still get away with it.

But are they that kind of family though? 😆.....they are barely even a proper family after the shaadi......the entire fiasco made us question the very foundation of their relationships....and not without cause.

In a regular long established family, yeah you say shit to each other and get over it because the bonds are deep and long established and everything else feels insignificant and meaningless in the face of the love you share.

But here toh all three of them were a constant churn of insecurity and presumptions.....the love they had built up living together was badly shaken up.......they had some fundamental core misconceptions about each other that seemed like they needed direct addressing.

But now it sounds like the writers just want to get it over with and move on.....lol which just makes all the faltu drama they did over the last two weeks even more pointless.

All other tracks in PB never felt pointless....they meant something for character growth.

Here it's like they all had a nasty meltdown and now they are like oh well, why think about it....let's just move on and pretend we never said so many hurtful things to each other😆....it's not about needing to apologize....it's about needing to be honest with each other.

This is character growth. They were confident in each other and their trust in each other wavered due to Kammo, khatri and CD fiasco. Now they all are realizing that line of thought is wrong and want to get back to old self—- why have a sit down conversation for that??? That would be basically bringing it all back- let bygones be bygones

You are so confident that this means bygones will be permanently bygones even before the scene has aired? 😆

Did the HS-Babita scene from Wednesday give you the impression that Babita will never have insecurities again? 😆......and by your logic toh they shouldn't have had any conversation to talk through her issues either and just automatically made up....lol......some things need to be brought up in order to be addressed.....the very reason they had such deep misconceptions about each other was because they didn't communicate properly in the first place.

Anyways, let's see where the story goes from here. I personally don't think this track lived up to the emotional weight of previous PB tracks.....the writers have done a way better job before the wedding of many complicated tracks.

And I'll just add....I am in no way advocating the drawing out of a victim complex or mentality with the characters....I'm just of the opinion that things need to be CLEARLY talked through to avoid a repeat of this same self-pity drama in the future.

Kounse ehsaas ki... 🤔

Ehsaas meaning feelings or ehsaas meaning realization in this case?😆.....seems more like it will be about realization.....the tears of realization.

@ bold the only explanation i can think of is for trp reasons. They got what they wanted. But imo they messed up so much.

Rest all tracks felt organic and the way characters reacted were organically, but i felt here it was too messed up.

Hope now that they have got trps they come back to original non messing stuff

Yes, they definitely did it for TRPs....and @bold: I feel the same way....they messed up a lot VERY badly....which is why I'm saying that the resolution needs to give that level of emotional fulfillment when you mess up relationships so badly so that you repair all the hurt that came with it.

This track definitely did not feel organic like other PB tracks.....for me, even the Jhumka incident was way better handled....there were reasons for everyone's behavior as it built up that time....rather than the way it was done this time where they all got consumed in their own heads.

But the fact that they got TRPs for messing up the characters like this means they will likely try to do similar gimmicks from time to time....so I would say don't expect this is the last time this happened....aage pata nahin aur kaun kaunse contrived gimmicks honge😆

You can’t change the basic nature of a person. You can assure them the way you feel fit but what they take from the conversation is strictly up to them. Regarding Babita’s self pity- no matter what Minnie or HS tell her today if that is an inherent part of her nature then it will keep popping up in different scenarios. Minnie and HS have to deal with each event as it makes sense to them.... “yeh jeevan hai, those gum hain, thodi khushiyan...”

there are no life long solutions when it comes to dealing with people. One works for one person not for the other. Like HS said main Antaryami to hun Nahi. What do they know what is going on in her head- even Minnie was taken aback by her wedding day outburst.

Some things are left unsaid and to be conveyed with actions not words!

Have you become Rajita Sharma all of a sudden now? 😆

Few days back, you seemed the most frustrated with Babita and Mini ka savior complex.....now you are loving everything😆

I'm not expecting life long solutions....but I don't feel that imbalanced relationships are healthy relationships....characters need to communicate and evolve to maintain the balance of their relationships, that's all.

Baaki toh hum sab complicated log hain.....and everyone has to tackle various people and relationships in their life......but communication is the key to everything. That is the only point I'm trying to make here.

This track was about a total breakdown of communication b/w these characters.....and all I'm asking for is that that point be addressed in whatever making up they do.

For some reason, me asking for that much also is being perceived as me trying to dig up issues when they are getting resolved😕😆

You're talking of actions mattering more than words? LOL toh actions bhi toh nahin huye dhang se in this track.....that was part of the problem.

I'm the last person who would be needing formal words from these characters😕....I've loved them precisely for their organic and subtle growth.

But I'm not going to suddenly pretend now that this track wasn't quite a mess and not well handled.

I hated Minnie ‘s savior complex and self pity because it was self inflicted and somehow HS was being blamed for that- ppl were telling why he can’t sense things and all that. He said he will be a father but it was all words blah.. blah.

I like when people deal with their own issues- introspection. When Babita extracted an apology from HS it made me mad, now Minnie trying to do the same was making me super mad as I expected her to have more sense than her mom based on their thinking not the age.

Minnie came through when she told Babita that she felt bad for a day about Kammo’s words but then got over it. That is why I still consider them family- they are not holding each other accountable for things that happened unintentionally- HS said I said things in anger which I didn’t mean to Minnie in regards to Babita. If Minnie has sense she will understand an apply it to the CD situation. Now if they expect separate apologies from him to gaye bhains paani mein!!
