And I forgot to mention, how natural were both Aniruddh and Ashnoor yesterday! Their expressions, right from the chai scene to the NB balcony scene were AMAZING.

Whatever they do with the eyes and smile is so so adorable! I liked their glances and that understanding and those nods. Aaaye haaye, cant stop smiling watching these two baap beti!

I can never get enough of bapu-chhori scenes. Even the way she said Thanedaar ki chhori yesterday she sounded like him, and the way he was super impressed by her ability to climb, etc. (Little did he know she had just had a practice run with Mickey, who in some ways is a junior HS).

You often hear parents point out specific traits in their children that resemble their parents, and to me this was one of those moments. Subconsciously he still looks for that security that even if she doesn't share the same DNA, she is his daughter. This is something I hope to see them explore.

Also loved his comment about what his daughter's mother would think if she fell sick under his care. Such a daddy thing to do.

i love how mini can be a child with him which she cant with babita

btw isnt it crossing minis mind that now that hanuman is her father she should be calling him something other than hanuman uncle

Am I the only one to think HS has been using 'yaar' frequently these days? What do think Jean?

I might be wrong but I feel she still hasn't completely accepted HS as her father.

Somewhere deep inside her heart Ashok still hold the father post. Yes, HS is her father but more like a friend , she idolizes him. But he is not what Ashok is to her.

I feel it's only Babitha who has moved on from Ashok. Minnie's heart still aches for Ashok's love. When she completely moves on from Ashok she will call HS something other than uncle.

I had written about this a while ago. Minnie adores HS but her feelings about Ashok are yet to be resolved. She's not reconciled the idea of what a father should be like and though she knows she belongs with HS she has that mental gap to bridge with him, which is why she is still that little bit more Babita's daughter than his. It will come, and it will be beautiful when it happens.
