Butchered character... - Page 2

I don't think what Babita is doing butchers her character at all. It may be things that audience doesn't like about Babita's character but her actions are very much consistent with how her character has been portrayed till date. She is a woman who lived a life where others always told her to behave a certain way. She may have come out of that shell but she is still just spreading her wings.

What Hanuman did to her as she was just slowly spreading her wings is called trial by fire. He intentionally gave a kind of blow that he knew would prevent her from making any more moves towards him. Now that she is doing exactly what was expected of her from Hanuman, he or the audience cannot cry foul. It would have been nice to see Babita raise above that blow and not react like she was expected to react to it.

As audience we know about Hanuman's feelings but the truth is that to Babita things have never been clarified. Even Mini has had a peek at Hanuman's feelings clearly but from Babita's perspective he has never truly told her how he feels about her and what she means to him. And of late, he has given her very confusing signals as well. He touches her intimately as if he has the right to touch her as he pleases but when she expresses her feelings in a similar vein by demanding that he stops drinking, he rebuffs her and tells her that she has no place in his life. The way i see it, Babita is confused by Hanuman's actions and given a chance to cut free of her confusion by moving away from him, she took it. Sometimes people do that, instead of being in a constant state of emotional turmoil, they shut it off and let their brain make a rational decision instead.

The way i see it, these situations are built up so that the story can move forward organically instead of feeling like things always and conveniently fit into place.

She was hurt way too. Much by his words and he did it purposely do that she will go away... But again mini understood him. And the reason behind that action but she dint ask it's was an attack on her self-respect...

The realistic approach of the show is what is the ups of the show... Hope to see some good turn out of this track....

Absolutely yes ...agree to u...Babita is unnecessarily being criticised though ppl can have that view ....but I don’t think that is right ...Writers have always shown HS smart and her dumb ....but now when his behaviour was not clear still v can’t support him...but ppl are so much in love with him that no one wants to accept that his abusing her actually calling her characterless is justified for whatever reason ....she on the other hand has been like she was earlier ...as far as trust goes ...the entire Imarti story does not mar sense ...pls let us accept it is just brought in for some additional episodes .....a murder case 6 years old...a background set where ppl guess what might have happened...HS who even to Babita and Mini who we say he trusts tells lies....says he is to be blamed ...Naem bee who could have always told this to Babita does not say anything making it all a difficult case ...and what do v see..it is a simple case ....death was natural ....there was nothing to call it murder...carelessness negligence can be the word if they want to forcefully make HS the victim ....but the case it was meted out to be was never the case ...now Babita in anger with all the past walked out but let us not forget she did not forcefully make Mini come other her ...she told her to come but did not force her as somewhere she wanted her to be there to support HS....also she herself is shown to be understanding wat has hpnd ...she has not closed herself...it is just that she has not openly come up with her stand ...that also initially not now...again that is how writers have made it to be ...they could have shown that Babita is supporting him right at the start but they did not want to...however the story itself makes no real sense .....HS saying all those words to Babita for this story is wrong isn’t it...as there is nothing here which makes him the victim ...how can this case reopen ....and if it does then why will someone take it back again ....just a track added to have some 5 6 episodes ....baki after seeing HS Imarti’s love story how he can fall for Babita is still a question to me ....as until u get someone off your mind u can’t accept the other...suddenly this HS seems very different to me

I wish they had never brought up the case in the first place. It would have been enough to just have him despair over her death after Minnie's questions and the nature of it come out in front of mother-daughter the way it had yesterday. Would have been just as tragic.

I guess they wanted to bring Imarti's father in too for some reason, but he could have just reached out to him to reconcile, without this court case dragged in the middle.

Here we were looking for parallels between Babita's and his case and mother-daughter standing up for him against everyone else, but I guess that won't happen.

And to think he requested to be relieved of his duties for nothing. 😡

Yes, that would have been better... lot better. But I think they wanted to show somehow HS is still guilty and is not able to move on from his past because of that guilt which is why they took the whole court case route. Also, making it more complicated for HS and Babita to come together as well.

@bold.. This what is also bothering me... If he is not over imarti how did he fall for babes... Is that he sees. Imarti In babes... Which is totally wrong....

Only thing is they both have to talk yaar... Which they won't.. Bas ek dusre pe chillte hai air jhagadte hai....
