i can't say its bad , but its less efficient when i compare it to my country's system. we need to wait for long, then u can't get one thing at one place , need to get hundreds of officers 's signatures 😕and to the top of it, they charge for almost everything😲 , C'mon you dont charge to give a certificate to a student who came to ur Uni / hospital to a course , at least in Swiss they don't , the treatment i got, i dont think i will come here for my master studies course
