I think the scene before precap is misleading for the viewers... Sulekha-ji does not take Siddhi to meet Kunal, but she gets Siddhi to her own home and reveals that Anand D is with her. That is when Siddhi shouts why did sulkehaji not give her child to Kunal...

Oh I see, haven't yet watched the episode, so just going by the LU😉

Don't care about all that as I only care about Kunal and only Kunal😳
