u can add any text in image... But if u want To Upload somtng Which is on MS word... Then U can do this with SanpShot option.Which is avalible on Keyboard...

Open That Particular Page.. And Press The Print screen button fromur keyboard.

Then open Pain and Paste That There..Then Crop the image what U want.

And past that image In New page Of Paint. And Save It..

When u open that save file again..It must b in jpg form and If it is not then U cang Change The extention by rename it..

And Upload it on Forum..But First upload it any Uploading pic site and Then Get Direct URL link from there and Upload it on IF.

Try to do another Thng..If That file is On MS Word..Then Before opening Right click on that And choose openwith option and Select Pain. File will be Open In Paint and Then do chages what u want and save File but while saving choose save as option and save it as new file... it will be in jpg Format also
