as per y'day's epi-we all know that its not an intelligent move by a competent lawyer like kunal to submit just the photographs to the court without foreseeing the objection he would face from opponent lawyer

kunal received envelope containing photographs and told his dad that he got some imp proof for his case that too in front of siddhi.though siddhi didn't see whats in the envelope she must have guessed kunal's 1st move and prepared herself by raising the point of trick photography and came out with fool proof plan involving even the judge also.

so what do you think

-kunal shouldn't have foolishly revealed that he got some clue

(or)

-is he at disadvantage by having opponent lawyer in his house only.

Sahasra, If you didn't post this topic today, I certainly would have done it. I too felt that Kunal is at disadvantage for having opposition lawyer at home. I watched the episode several times last night at home and kept feeling sorry for Kunal for what happened to him the court. If Siddhi, the opposition lawyer, was not at home when he received the pictures, his evidence would not have been exposed. I saw how Siddhi was looking at him when he got that package. Right then and there I knew she will take advantage of this situation.

Guys, I don't care If you beat me with the broom too, I still love Kunal and can't see him being defeated by Siddhi in any rounds of the hearing. May be because Siddhi is fighting the case for the bad guys, in my eyes she has become one of them as well, bad guy. At no cost, I want Siddhi winning from Kunal in court. At home, I want her to win all arguments against Kunal, but not in the courtroom. I don't want Kunal to be defeated bt Thakarals yet again.

Anyways, no matter what disadvantages Kunal faces, at the end he will emerge winner. At least that's what I am hoping for. Please CVs don't disappoint me.

kunal isat a disadv surely

he is taking a case in which he has to prove other person guilty without any valid proofs

and we know how our law system works innocent till proven guilty

and benefit of doubt will defo be given here to rohit

second he is overconfident😆😆underestimates siddhi

but do i feel bad for him no, i think he deserved that punch from siddhi

surely i would like him to win the case but i will not tolerate him humiliating siddhi anymore😡

siddhi is my darling😛😉😆and no one messes with my darling

CV's can't show him winning every round na ...so in the starting of the case they r showing siddhi winning small rounds, not much important ones 😛 ...bcz later its gonna be Kunal 😎

and later she wont be able to defeat him even if she will see the proof at home 😆

Exactly my point. After 5 years of sitting at home listening to the radio, he still thinks he is the best lawyer in the world😡
Moreover Sid needs to prove that she is no pushover.
I want to see Kunal grovel in front of Siddhi. Its only after he can respect her as a worthy opponent can he fall in love with her,
Atleast to me that would make more sense than this present sad, helpless siddhi act.

I hope so, because as I said, It breaks my heart to see Kunal loose. I know he is acting badly right now, but still can't hate him. I just want to see Thakarals faces when Kunal wins again. For me It's not about Kunal and Siddhi, it's only about Thakarals and Kunal. Siddhi is being used as a pawn here. Also, I am surprised that she truly believes that Rohit is innocent? I mean She knows Kunal left the job at Thakaral's because they wanted him to fight wrong case. If he didn't do that then, why would he do it now? It's simple math no? I mean she thinks she is fighting for the Innocent party, so that means She believes that Kunal is on the wrong side?

If she said that I am not sure If Rohit is innocent or not, but I have to fight this case because of the loan issue, blah, blah, blah, then I would sympathies with her, but not when she thinks she is on the right side and Kunal is on the wrong? I don't understand Siddhi's mentality in this case.

^^^ exactly , its Siddhi's fault ...she was fighting this case bcz of 3 month contract , and what is the need to believe what rohit says ...obviously he will say I m innocent ...she is blindly believing Thakrals knowing what they have done with Chopras ...and now fighting this case happily to defeat Kunal 😕 ...and she is not a good lawayer bcz she used the opportunity being at Kunal's home , knew abt pics hence was ready to defend

Somewhere this is my wishful thinking too that Siddhi should indirectly help Kunal win this case as She must believe that Kunal can never be with the guilty party. Her belief should be so strong that she will eventually help Kunal win the case and we will find out about her intentions only after the case is over. Again, this is just my wishful thinking not sure what will actually happen.
