Ok so guys, the scene we all missed uses a song from the movie Half Girlfriend. When something comes on TV, the viewers see the episode only during the 8 on slot. The repeat telecast of this serial is too few and often then chop stuff due to time constraints to fit in advt. So I'm sure Raina scene won't have been repeated in the later telecast.
As for Hotstar, it's an international medium. Stuff posted there remains permanent. And a song which obviously comes with a copyright cannot be used without having paid some amount of money.
That Raina sequence was not for fans but rather a paid promotion for the movie. And when it released, they don't want to use the song again since they have to pay. Thus the reason behind the scene missing on Hotstar.
As for other sources, they usually post before the show airs on TV. It's only possible if you own a premium account on Hotstar, thus since it wasn't on Hotstar, it didn't end up in those websites either.
Outside India, it might not have aired due to the fact that the movie makers don't wish to promote it there. No one may actually watch that movie outside of India.
Thus, the promotion only on TV. Since it's temporary, it must have been shown once an that's it. No Hotstar and nothing outside India.
