I started this on Friday, but I didn't get around to finishing it. I'm going to cut chunks of the plot out since it's useless. Just focus on the stupid stuff.
It's Friday 🥳, oh how I missed this wonderful day so much!
Today's episode starts out with an oddity, no that's being nice again. It starts off being incredibly stupid.
Putana goes into the snake cave, calls them liars because their poison didn't work, and the snakes reply back saying that their poison is the kaal kuth poison. It's so lethal that it can kill anyone be it demon, animal, human, etc. So Putana, our ever so bright tubelight of intelligence, tells the snakes to bite her one by one so she can test out the poison. They all bite Putana and the deadly Kaal Kuth poison make Putana unconscious and she falls down.
A while later, she wakes up and says "this poison is really dangerous, it made me unconscious, so it should have killed Kanha."
<HAHAHAHA ... so much for the whole "it can kill anyone" part of the poison. The message is pretty clear - if the Kaal Kuth poison can't kill Putana, despite having been introduced as the most deadliest poison, there is no reason for it to kill Krishna. After all, the post-effects of the poison are the same (unconscious state --> regain consciousness). Putana should have died when she got bit from all those snakes. Good job show, you took a turn for stupid and are continuing the trend. APPLAUSE.>
Oh the pains ...
Rohini meets Akrur in a cave under Mathura. Akrur says Vasudev and Devaki aren't happy.
<Nooo. You mean people are actually in joy to be in prison? I mean I can understand when people without money for food or a roof over their head can feel joy to get food and money paid through tax, but that's a brilliant analysis Akrurji. Bravo. Applaud. Mind-blowing.>
Rohini wants to help Akrur, and says she will do anything to help since she can't see devaki's torture anymore.
<Err Devaki is torturing herself. Kamsa is being a pretty nice person for all that matters. Beautiful cave thingy. Perfect view of the palace. Lots of space. Devaki is the one trying to kill him or trying to commit suicide or the one in depression. But then again the baby killings ... hmm that's a tough one. >
So Akrur reveals that he's been building a secret pass for the last five years. They haven't gotten one to Vasudev / Devaki yet, but once they do ... those two will escape.
<Right because Kamsa isn't going to hunt those two down once he finds out they escaped. He isn't going to kill them at all. Heck, Vasudev won't even want to escape. He'll probably be like 'If I escape, then shame on me. I am not a coward Akrur. I am a warrior. I will fight Kamsa, but I will not escape."
Devaki will plead: "Let's go Maharaj, let's go!"
And Vasudev will be like "No. We will stay and suffer. Our 8th child will come for us.">
Putana apparently listens in to this conversation. Apparently somehow she has figured out that Krishna is the 8th son (I'm not sure how, the conversation in the WU doesn't suggest anything like that?). She goes on and on about how she was insulted
<You have to have some standards to be insulted ... BABY KILLER>
and how she will kill Krishna and bring his dead body to show that she is Putana.
<She could just bring a name tag.>
So Putana disguises herself as Rohini and goes to Gokul. When she returns, Yashoda is in a bit of a jam because the lock is jammed.
<Travelling between Gokul and Mathura would probably take a few days. Rohini's trip would have taken far longer. There is no possible way for this scene to make sense unless Yashoda is the stupidest person in the world. And since Yashoda is the saving grace of this god forsaken shit show, I refuse to accept that as the answer. Rohini can't have sneaked out, she can't have told Yashoda that she's leaving, Yashoda can't have forgotten, etc.>
Putana is making laddoos and fails as an actress because she can't even imitate Rohini (she gets too angry too quickly). Putana's great plan is a ring of fire around Krishna.
<For god's sake ... even I can come up with better plans to kill than this crap.>
Precap: vasudev with a sword kills soldiers in the prison and then gets to kansa's room. kansa is painting. Vasudev says kansa loudly! Kansa looks at vasudev. putna holds rohini by her neck and angrily throws her into the well.
<Someone throw the CVs into the well.>
Ratings and Recommendation: Sounds like a 2/10 (?) because of the few Yashoda scenes! Watch those only, I guess.
Since tomorrow is Monday, and based on the precap, sounds like full on bakhwas. Not watching this crap.
