I don’t mind both naamkarans on the same day, but I think the parents have to be okay too.

But even I thought it was weird to give Chikoo a family heirloom. Isn’t the baby leaving in a few days? What is the point?

Of course, Rishita’s partiality is also there, but that’s old news.

Also Rishita made a huge issue about gold before also, so why didn't Suman justt get another chain. Suman knows how Rishita is and what Suman did in the precap was very insensitive.

Her first grandchild and she couldn't get something new made in gold, she has the money.

I also didn't like Gaumbi's jewelry going to Chiku because Gaumbi is not the father neither is Dhara the mother. Dev and Rishita are first time parents and this felt very discriminating against them.

Raavi is so distracted and not doing a good job at the promotion shoot. What a way to setup for her failure and get her in trouble!! 😕

I guess BhabiMa will save her again because Shiva is going to get even more angry at her😕

How is it Raavi's fault if the camera is broken?

The director and and the Ayushi girl of the promotion shoot were despicable.

Look who is talking about Raavi being not there. How many times he has walked out in anger in the middle of a celebration and has caused tamasha.

Suman too asks Dhara about Raavi's whereabouts 😕

Dhara managed, rather hid the information from Suman that Raavi has gone to the shoot😕 It is going to come back to bite Raavi soon 😭

I completely understand Rishita.
She was correct in every point today! And she gets Dhara’s forced facade pretty well.

Dhara needs help & unfortunately her family is too brainless to understand & get her good therapy!

Her fear that Bhabhi will snatch chhutki us valid, she has seen bhabhi’s madness + brothers esp. Her husbands mindless Bhabhijaap!

A bit if my own connection: my in-laws came at the time of my first born- day before I was admitted for induction.
they were not going to come, my mother was here for helping me (I had some complications in last months, too much stress with constant politics in family.)

My in-laws did no help by coming here! Added more stress post birth- constant bickering right in the hospital. I was half dead post long labor. My Parsi nurse , who could understand Gujarati even told me - complaint against this man (my FIL) .

Because their cousin in India brought their son’s newborn to India to raise- they wanted to take my child! My sasu’s pet sentence ‘you can go work & we can raise child’ (heck NO) they started this on day 2 of my child’s birth.

Not something I would ever want to do or for that matter even trust them with!
I can completely totally get Rishita here!

These kaands stay w/ you lifetime. You forgive, but cannot forget! Every such Kaand breaks something in family. It never heals completely.

The fight was very tame and it was totally useless because once again it was Motiben who did the kaand and Rishita blames Dhara.

I thought with Chiku returning, Dhara would want his naamkaran with Chutki's and that is what the fight becomes about. But the writers very cleverly made sure none of this was Dhara's fault and she is totally blameless, so Rishita is the one that looks like the bad one in the situation.

Also the "fight" had the bhakts backing bhabhi up, which made it less interesting.

Coming to Rishita, I am not understanding her stand. I can understand that she would want her daughter's celebration only about her but her argument isn't strong enough. She was happy for Dhara and Gaumbi when they were about to adopt Chiku, so what happened now. Everyone knew that Chiku's mother is still alive and they were still going to adopt chiku and she was all for it. Let's say Dhara and Gaumbi had adopted chiku, wouldn't the naamkaran be for both the kids then also, would she still have an issue then? I can empathize with her because she is very afraid that chiku isn't going to stay and he is going to go away and bhabhi will become crazy about her daughter, I can understand that fear. I can also empathize with her when everyone in the family was more sad about chiku and not happy for her and her daughter. But her dialogues don't make sense.

What I think is that Rishita waa okay with Chikoo being adopted. He would be theirs legally, and Bhabhi couldn’t go after her child.

And then her baby was born but everyone was more upset about Chikoo being taken away. And then her stupid husband said Bhabhi was also Chutki’s Badi Ma, and raised her insecurities all again.

And then Chikoo came back, and again everyone is focused on that baby. And I think now she feels her baby is being ignored for another baby who is one, not their own, and two, only going to stay for a few days.

So I think she keeps wavering between wanting Chikoo so that Bhabhi can’t go after her baby, and not liking that the family isn’t paying her Chutki the same attention that they are giving Chikoo.

Tomorrow is Alices makeover shoot right? I've read here somewhere that it's on 25th.. I'm really excited to see what look she's going to get

Why does Dev gets angry as soon as Motiben starts speaking every single time? I know he doesn't like her, can't stand her sight, hates when she equates with money and material comforts😆. But man, it's 500 episodes already, he is still giving the same expression he gave the day Shiva and him went to Janu's house to beat both Janu and Motiben for slapping BhabIMa before marriage 😆

Motiben also makes it a point to rub him in the wrong way every single time and most of the times she does it on purpose 😆

So Janu and family got Chutki , Chandan ka paalna, hmmmm😆

But you know, Akka, ignoring MotiBen’s fetish for tamasha, I really like their excitement for the baby. I mean, yeah, they are plotting and want to separate Baby-Babu & Baby’s baby from the Kaandyas, but in all of it, it does seem like they genuinely love Rishita and her baby. They don’t like Dev, and that’s fine, because who would?! 😆

Right now i have many ideas abt the reasons..

1. 🐒🐒🐒 were unplanned and therefore less favoured..

2. 🐒🐒🐒 were taken from zoo..

3. 🐒🐒🐒 are allergic to money and gold in general..
