I don't think trps are the excuse.the show has been getting 1.9 trp since the initial haveli days.the beauty of the marriage track is the reason why people got hooked to the show.

Now the trp stays around 2-2.1.

So what significantly changed? I feel they could have hooked more audience with bettter managed tracks.this was a very fresh show with a great cast.

This show is the trp topper in the regional areas.this show has the potential to be on top.i feel characters getting called out for their mistakes, some postive progression, strong female leads along with some drama can actually raise the ratings.

Anupama is not this regressive as current PS.

there female lead speaks up. She has solid support system. there are balanced negative & positive characters. Same for GHKKPM.

Both shows have jumped because female leads taking strong stand. Because supporting positive characters taking negative protagonists task.

Ignore as much as they want, but this revent trp surge of PS came after Ravi's return, Shiva's softening & possible hint of positivity.

TRP will stay up, because of Ramleela - it is cultural connect.

It is after that, where shiva2.0 result will show.

I know that’s the wrong notion but every time I being told negativity brings TRPs and I am scoffed at and not to take things seriously when I ask for positivity.

You know me well enough, we have interacted for the past 6 months, I am the most positive person but I do call it when something is wrong with the show or things shown that are acceptable to me either ethically or morally. I call out on the characters that I love. Just because I love them, cannot blindly support them.

People here become defensive when I compare it with the OG, it won’t work here, you know nothing about ITV, damn somebody has to bring a change, sometime right😕

The writers will drag this disha track to the mandap and proceed with the divorce, im sure🤢 they’ll butcher all characters in the process

Then there is nothing unique/special as touted earlier about ShiVi story. They are another ITV couple, that’s all.

Same here .. Ranting is my janmasidhdh adhikar, if characters I love go on flatline tracks

TRP point is for all these makers who conveniently bring all regressive showing on 'trp',

whereas actual surges when you see on all current top ones are from positive tracks.

Though choubeys are known to go on extreme regressive negativity - had watched their mere angane mein on & off- there to suman was Saau, extremely abusive.

So unless numbers for Shiva 2.0 come down-they will keep this disukaand rolling.

My guess numbers will drop- post Ramleela. doubt the couple contest will go down well with audiences.

I can't contribute to trp, but do for online numbers. SP's overseas adver. income surpasses other channels. Thats why premjyotish was even on some reality show's title tag. like premjyotish presents this-that..

For that matter- i am not watching next episodes on Hulu. this is business time for them with garbas & diwalimelas- where SP is always in contest with Sony to one up.

Not giving rating to this forum.(IF has a psychological effect on all makers, actors - it doesn't matter in overall picture, but it does give them insight to popularity of characters & shows)

TRP surges come from positive tracks, but only if the positive track was preceeded by negative tracks. That's what happened with PS too, with raavi's return

FL standing up for herself would only work if there is someone against her. If everyone supports her then what would she stand up for and where would the trp come from?

If a show is always positive it doesn't really bring TRPs.. that's the sad truth. We have enough examples in ITV for that

I think they will build up a lot and one week raavi will have an outburst.they built up a lot before the Mandir figth and divorce.we got so many scenes and finally Shiva snapped.sneha kaand, diary, seeing raavi hugging her male friends and smiling,many small small scenes in between, multiple scenes in the yatra where Rohan triggers him and finally there was an outburst.all his insecurities came out.

Disha's exit, cancellation of divorce, all these are highpoints of the show.they will come but we have to be really really patient.🤕

Exactly. That's what I had posted a few pages back.. this is all part of the build up. Shiva went through hell thinking Raavi is compromising and adjusting with him. It's raavi's turn to go through the same hell now, thinking that Shiva likes Disha and not her

Uske baad hoga emotional breakdown and outburst before things start getting better

Which means at least 1-2 months more of this

In all of this the audience goes through the biggest hell of them all 😆
