Just started reading this FF, the prologue and the first chapter. This is the first one I read where Shiva left Somnath to start a new life putting behind his past and those 2 years have done a whale of good for him. His introspection has been amazing. I am expecting to read Raavi's introspection in the next chapter and looking forward to seeing how this story progresses after they have been separated for 2 years.

Chapter 2

I learned how to carry on...

"Miss Raavi, come on in. Take a seat. I want you to meet Mr. Harsh... He's the financer and sponsor of our next project... He really liked your idea of collab with local tribes of small and remote areas with our fashion brand and giving our brand more rustic charm." Roshni Mehta.. CEO of one of the most prestigious fashion brand in Mumbai Meesha.... introduced Raavi to potential sponsor Mr. Harsh.

"Hello Miss Raavi.. I was really looking forward to meet you.. Roshni told me about you.. How you've started as a receptionist here and now you are their one of the most sister, ing designer.. It's very impressive and I really liked your idea of collaboration with local tribes."

"Thank you sir, it has all become possible due to Roshni mam. She was the one who encouraged me and showed confidence in me despite having an army of designers by her side. And sir I assure you, you will not regret your partnership in this project with us... This has so much potential." Raavi assuredly Mr. Harsh... She knew how much this project means for this company, especially Roshni and she owe it to her.

"I can see that... And while talking to Roshni I suggested that you might be the best person to start this project.. But we want more authenticity.. So we suggest that you yourself go to some of those areas and personally see all the designing and textile work.. You see this project is very important for us too." Mr. Harsh put forward one of his conditions.

"Thank you so much sir for the opportunity... And I think that's a good idea.. If you and Roshni mam think that then I'm ready... Bataeye kya socha h aapne.. Do you have any location in mind?" Raavi was feeling so overwhelmed.. Her first individual project.

"Yes we have a location in mind... And you are very much familiar with that area too and may be with their local textile and designing business... We are thinking that we should start our project from Gir, Somnath."

"Raavi.. I'm so proud of you. Looks like this is going to be our hit project... Oh and you handled everything commendably! But What happened to you during meeting. Why were you suddenly looking tensed?" Roshni asked. After location was finalised.. She observed Raavi was looking uncomfortable.. She thought Raavi would be happy to work in her area, her city.

"Nothing mam.... I'm just so overwhelmed... I never thought this day would come in my life... You have done so much for me... Mujhe samjh nhi aa rha aap ko kaise thanks bolu.. Thank you. For everything." Raavi really was feeling overwhelmed.

After her divorce.. Raavi felt so empty.. Like Her life was worthless... She heard Shiva left the city too.. She never wanted this. She never wanted Shiva to go away from his family... And she blamed herself for this. When Riya, her friend who was studying fashion designing in Mumbai... Came to Somnath and told her that the firm she was doing internship in is looking for receptionist she begged her literally to get her that job. Riya was surprised that she would move to Mumbai for this modest job.. But she needed to move away and she told her everything. From that day Riya has become her best friend, her soul sister, everything.

And here she met Roshni mam. Raavi joined as a simple receptionist here but she always had a knack for designing. One day she designed a dress for herself... Koyle me heere ki parakh johri hi kar sakta h.. And that's how Roshni discovered her talent. She faced some difficulties in starting but designing gave her a new meaning, a new desire to live and she threw her life in that.

"Kaha kho gayi Raavi... Go and enjoy... Today is your day my girl and whatever you have achieved.. You deserve it... Just remember this project need to be successful... This could be life changing to you, me and for this company." Roshni was nothing if not professional. And Raavi respected her for this.

"Raavi... My baby... I just got a call from Roshni mam... She told me you got your individual project... I'm so so proud of you.. No one deserve it more than you... Mene dekha h kaise raat raat bhar jaag ke tune yaha tak pahuchne ki mehnat ki hai.. Kaise ek ek paisa bachaya h ki tu equal share de sake rent me.. Saath me designing bhi seekh sake... Finally it's paying off my girl... I'm so happy for you." Riya was the first person who got this news after her. Roshni mam was really something else.. Best mentor, teacher her guide... And she knew what she needed... Who she needed. How & when did she got so lucky with people?

She hugged Riya tightly and felt like crying. She couldn't believe it was happening with her. Uski zindagi me itni khushiyaan kab se aa gyi? Riya let her cry. She knew how much she has suffered and how far she has come. She was really proud of her girl.

Finally when Raavi settled... Riya needed to ask her something. After hearing the news... She was happy but when she got to know that Raavi have to go back to Somnath due to this project... She was getting worried for Raavi too... She didn't want her friend's heart to break once again and Somnath didn't give her happy memories.

"Raavi... Tu theek h na? Matlab kya tu ready hai phir se Somnath jaane ke liye? In do saalo me tu ek baar bhi waha nhi gai. Even teri maasi ke itna bulaane par bhi. I know ye project tere liye zaroori h par kya tu sach me waha jana chahti h. Kya pata Shiva bhi ho waha? Aur uski family? Dekh tu phir se gussa mat hona but us family ne hamesha tujhe dhoke me rakha aur tujhe use hi kiya h. And Somnath really took a toll on you... Are you ready to go back?"

Yes Somnaath took a toll on me. But the good thing was, the name Shiva Pandya doesn't control any emotion on me anymore. One more success. I truly moved on.

"I'm ready."

So that was Raavi's journey. Don't kill me😂😂. Story will begin now. It's looking interesting in my mind but let's see how you guys like it. Please read and review.
