Most controversial episode for this forum: How did you feel about toda - Page 4

Green for me..just because the episode has content...I I not saying I love what is happening in the show right now, because its pretty dirty as of now..but this is needed for the story to progress and I do feel the episode was worth a watch to feel and understand how deeply both are affected and both r wrong..so once we get the feel of it, it will be good to watch how they realise their own mistakes.. and come out of their issues.

Oh my.. today's show was a full pack action drama.The one the so called TRP groups like.So below is my review on this freaking episode

So today's episode was a yellow for me and this is because..well…

Shiva

Everyone sought of just ganged up on Shiva.Like WTH??!!let the man say something.I hate it,scratch that absolutely despise when a person is not given a chance to explain.He is insecure about himself and is thus acting that way.Not to forget THIS is his nature!!the man we all like 'shiva pandya' is this!!the hot headed guy.Just think about it,when you feel insecure about yourself,your mom or dada will always be there to lift you up.Shiba here doesn't have anyone to talk to.Dhara is in her own world crying and just being a mad women,and suman,well she is not really interested in this melodrama At this point Shiva need Raavi to be with him and only him.Yet,after so many hints,Raavi still fails to understand him.At this point of time,I think Shiva needs someone better.

What the hell is wrong with this girl!!??I am a women myself and I understand how she must be feeling about this while marriage.But like c'mon,She has know mn Shiva since they were little.And if the flashbacks shown to us are taken into consideration,she has spent most of her time with Shiva.He has been the one to lit up the familiar spark and fire in her eyes.I understand how she must have felt when Shiva was manhandling her but miss Ravi,all the other wives Don't call their husbands words like gavar,ghadeda,jahil,janwar etc. Every single day.THIS IS WRONG AND RAAVI NEEDS TO STOP THIS ACT OF HERS.

I won't talk about the other character tera as I am honestly disappointed in this.I just wish that Shiva and raavi seperate and use that stupid brain of theirs to reflect on theri acts

I was literally scared to watch today's episode and let me tell you the episode was a mind boggling one.

I don't hate Raavi,if you think I do.She is a lovely charecter but lately she's been a stupid women.I really love Raavi's role and I hope to see her bubbly nature soon…

Honestly nobody is right or wrong. It's their frustration. Once they cool down, the will think for themselves.

Even so, both Shiva and Raavi has done some mistakes. Raavi's fault tones down in front of Shiva and I'll reason out later. (This is a long post forgive me already)

Shiva's fault is this that he hasn't conversed or made a point to voice his words to Raavi. He bottles up his emotions, I get it but he cannot bring impulse to it. Right from his childhood, he has been impulsive towards Raavi. Praffula may be the reason to his leash out but in the end of the day Raavi is a human who will try to counter for her self respect. Again that does not justify Raavi slapping Shiva. As much as Raavi is forced into the marriage Shiva is forced too. Both have been logger heads and trust me such relationships exists this way in real life too. The main problem is lack of communication. One talk could have solved this all.

Shiva's insecurities is at null point cause whether Raavi has accepted him or not, Shiva has not accepted himself. I can call this the phase of attraction. Attraction brings such insecurities and not love. So whatever Raavi tries to do, Shiva is bound to be in a denial. They have been carrying this ever since childhood. Shiva mishandling Raavi is not justifiable at all. He has been doing that all the while. Right from throwing the juice on her dress as a kid to humiliating her in family function. Raavi is obvious to get defensive. (That's her way of standing up to a bully) That will not justify Raavi calling Shiva an illiterate and worthless.

Yes Shiva's notion changed for her, he implicated his insecurity on her based on an assumption. He ended up growing the fire and pushed it till he burnt both Raavi and him. He has a soft good side, he has gone through a lot and is totally out of his character. What people forget to see is, not matter how strong the pain is; if it is not talked out it ends up destroying relationships. He called this upon himself this time.

Raavi has been wrong in so many instances. She called him an illiterate, she called him worthless but that was before she got defensive about Shiva. She stood up against Rishita for him and that was the first time she stood as a wife for him. She openly said to him that she didn't like it when people made fun of him. Shiva also said that he doesn't mind what others say and asked her to ignore. After the Mukteshwar track, Raavi's thoughts for Shiva changed completely. Even when he tried trading her for a kangan(even when Shiva had good intentions, he isn't justifiable) she came back with a forgiving heart. She has never let anybody speak ill about Shiva in front of her. She went to an extent where she had cut her friend's contact. She did that much for a person who she hated in the beginning. She accepted their marriage and readily forgot her past and moved on with their relationship.

She burnt down her diary, apologised about Sneha and kept running behind Shiva, asking him the reason for his actions. The number of times she went behind him, trying to cajole Shiva is totally an appreciable evolvement and also an angering action. Why should try to explain all by herself and their relationship? The reason is she accepted it.

She tried giving him a shirt, she tried being beside him always, each time she tried to ask him the reason, all he did was to push her away. Everything has a breaking point. Raavi has hers too.

She does not have the need to tolerate a person who keeps pushing and pulling her. She has never pulled in his education, his work or his worth after she understood the good person in him. She asked sorry for her misconduct in Mukteshwar. Shiva didn't have courtesy to apologise properly to her for the Kangan track. If people say he has problem in voicing his emotions to justify this then all I got to say is he does not deserve Raavi at this point. Not even a percent.

She called him out only when she lost her breaking point. If it was me in that place I would have called for divorce. Nah, nothing is more important than self respect. Why would I invest my time in a person who manhandles me, who is not ready to communicate and pushes me away? But life does not work that way. If there is an up, there will be a down. Embracing them matters. Trust me, in the future Shivi will be the most sorted couple in that family.

For now, Raavi is not a magician to understand his conflicts, for that he needs to speak. They need to talk.

Raavi shouldn't have slapped him. That's an extreme. But she owned up to her mistake and didn't deny it. She regretted her actions too.

Raavi's mistake was calling out on him and slapping him. Slapping cannot be ignored but calling him out had a reason. He behaved insanely like an illiterate person. With that kind of attitude, nobody will like to be with him. That's the truth.

For a person who was suddenly a softie and then arrogant in a split of time; it is difficult to develop feelings. Shiva fell for her and for her to fall in love, she needs the assurance of him and his internal thoughts. She tried her level best. Just try thinking from her point of view, the guy who always hated her since childhood suddenly developing feelings for her is unimaginable. She wants to work this down being friends. For me friends to lovers is much much better than haters to lovers. Friends to lovers will have to deal with lesser toxicity. Haters to lovers might have passion but passion without understanding is nothing but a nonsense.

One simple talk could have saved them from this problem.

They need this break, they need to think this through. Shiva and Raavi both need to know what went wrong and what they can do to solve this. With such impulse driving insecurities, even if they fell in love; their relationship would have been toxic. I'm glad this has happened.

Relationships build through respect and trust. Giving time for it is necessary.

Like I said before, both have flaws. Now they are calling out on eachother's mistake, tomorrow the same Shiva and same Raavi will not let anybody come between them. Afterall, relationships cannot be perfect, learning from the mistakes and growing together matters. Their love will grow deep now. Mukteshwar is not the start to their love story, this is. Nasty stuff end beautifully. I'm grateful that the writers cracked this track for them. They will grow this way. And there will come a time when Shiva will love her endlessly so will Raavi. And we all will go ga ga over them.

Time heals everything.

On a second thought, technically, if you haven't watched the episode, then you're probably disqualified from voting on how you found the episode. Because the updates aren't word for word of the dialogues and the discussions you read are interpretation of how each of us took the episode.

Summary:

Raavi stops Shiva s he's leaving and tells him this is his house. If they have no relationship then she doesn't have a right to stay here so she'll leave. Raavi blames Dhara for her situation. Rishita tellsbher she's solely responsible for her marriage and not others. Raavi agrees that it's her fault and she'll amend by leaving. Family tries to stop her, but Raavi is adamant. ShiVi have a eye lock as Raavi's leaving. Shiva turns away/sitting on the porch. Her saree gets stuck to his bike and she thinks it's Shiva stopping her and has hope in her eyes and slight smile as she looks at Shiva. He looks at her )another mini eyelock) and he follows her sarees end and she realizes it's stuck to bike. She is back to her angry self and removes it and goes. Dhara asks Shiva to forget his ego and apologize to Raavi and stop her, bit he walks away. Krish also defends her. Suman tells that this day was bound to come because one has big ego and another has zidd. Dhara can try whatever she wants, but she doesn't think they will come together.

The best part about this is that they thought only about themselves in this episode. Neither Shiva nor Raavi were willing to listen to anyone's suggestions and that in itself is improvement. Although I have zero relationship experience I do believe that involving outsiders only ever worsens situations, more often than not. My only hope for this track is that the two of them, when they do get back together (because this is ITV folks), do it not because of familial pressure but for themselves.... And that too after a good redemption track for both of them....
