They are messing up all the characters. No character in Hindi behaves similar like the original version.

Can please someone help me understand this?

Was Dhara asked to not have her own children as they should take care of boys by her husband just like the original version?

Is there any track where shiva become jealous of raavi and dev (when they talk & interact) or when raavi talk any of her college friend some thing like that

But it looked forced to me. Shivi in telugu decided to have kid, for dhara after knowing abt her sacrifice. They decide to have a kid to give the kid to dhara.

In original version, as of now they have decided abt the kid aftr sometime, since already rishita already gave birth to a baby girl. And now dhara is pregnant.

Coming to shiva being jealous!

Nope in the original we dont have anything like tht.

Infact in original, Shiva, Raavi, Rishita and Devs characters are shown supporting each other.

Dev feels guilty for what happened and decides to not start married life unless shiva and raavis relation becomes better. Rishita also at times helped in bringing Shiva and Raavi come closer along with the family.

Never ever Kathir (Shiva) felt jealous of Jeeva(Dev) and Mullai(Raavi)

Even once when rishita kind of accused them to still have feelings for each other, it hurt Raavi a lot. But Shiva consoled her and assures her tht whatever it is, he believes her.

First of all Shiva's character!

It's so beautifully portrayed in original and other remakes.

Shiva troubling and taking revenge from rishita by bhoot drama is so out of character is what I felt.

Isnt it double standards?

Nobody shud raise voice against his bhabhi!

Nobody should trouble Raavi!

If somebody does that , then he will kill them. But he can trouble another woman?

In the original Kathir and Meena(Rishita) always had a formal relation. They barely talked to each other. He always respected Meena.

There was even a scene where Meena bursts out at Kathir cos Kathir slaps her dad cos his dad slapped kanna (krish).

But Kathir stood there silent. Mullai was pissed off with this lol..

Also when Kanna disrespected meena , Kathir advices him to not do that since she is our brothers wife. It's almost after 2 years Kathir and Meena started talking like sister in law and brother in law. Now they have very friendly banters. It's so cute to see now.

Also in Malayalam version there was a scene where Aparna(Rishita) motivates Shivan( Shiva) when Anjalis (Raavis) mother insults him.

Another scene is when Hari ( Dev) insults Aparna infront of the whole family and Aparna feels hurt.Shivan makes Hari understand that hes doing wrong to her. He explains Aparnas point of view to Hari.

In telugu version Shailu(rishita ) is negative even now. Bharat(Shiva) beared all the insult. He was also not disrespectful. (I've not seen this version fully so not sure tho)

It's nice to see in all other version how these 2 couples support each other and wishes for each others well being.

I hope it comes in Hindi also.

Don’t know how much of this change is the effect for COVID. This entire haveli track has thrown everyone’s character for a toss.

I honestly feel only Krish is true to the original. I don’t know they will take this story forward.

Maybe once they leave the haveli, everyone’s madness will wear off and they will go back their OG characters 🤪

I have unfortunately not seen subtitled content for regional Indian shows. 😐

Do you have Hotstar? Might be worth contacting their support team to see if subtitles can be added

No dhara herself made the decision of not having kids till her devers were grown up and told Gaumbi who at first hesitated but then agreed.

I think only krish and kanna behaves simillar in both the version.

i think Due to lockdown they had to make changes in script with short notice they messed up with booth track and batwara track.

In the Hindi version, I liked how Dhara is the one who suggests not having kids to Gautam. Also Gautam is upfront with Hardik and tells him their decision. There is actually no scope of drama in this case. But this was before slot change. God knows how they will twist it now. Hope they resolve the track with less drama 🤞
