According to Dhara, here's her guide to take care of a girl who was hanging from the noose just 5 days ago:

1. Tell her - Main tujhe aise nahi dekh sakti.

2. Reiterate-Shiva Tera pati hai. Tu uske bina Adhuri hai

3. Beat -the hell out of her husband

4. Scream-at her and gaslight her for not wanting to cook for an unwanted husband.

Honestly last week I felt for Dhara, she looked a little helpless to me. And despite seeing the obvious partiality she undertakes everyday I kept saying it's become way too easy to blame her.

Let me say this now...by her own standards that she holds she hasn't been blamed enough! Her behaviour towards Raavi was nasty to the core. Not only did she play a part in hiding her mute devar's truth, she got her married to someone she didn't want to, now she has the audacity to speak to her like this when she has the least to do with the situation. Only God knows what's in her head.

I thought Dhara's heart was in the right place even though she is rather invasive.

I'm sure we all felt her helplessness and pitied her situation.

But the way she's been dealing with the problems since the wedding....well to put it mildly I do not agree with that.

And ever since the promo came out, her atrocious behaviour is ticking me off in all the wrong ways possible.

For the sake of my sanity, I decided to skip today's episode and quite possibly tomorrow's as well.

🤣🤣 Add! Raavi yeh kaat de. Shiva ko yeh nahi pasand. I swear I do not like this creepy parental authority.

she not only ruined raavi's life but shiva too......what if he was already married, wo krish ko bolti shaadi ke liye? and no punishment for rishita and dev? spineless dev is the reason and his good for nothing wife......tell me will she tell dev to kiss her in front of her parents and little sis????? pathetic

all the gyan for raavi who has been torn apart......and noone has thought about shiva as if he is just a robot....use him whichever way u like......poor raavi hasnt even come to terms with her broken heart, forced wedding is done, that's not over den rishita has guts to taunt her, blame her, den mother india ka gyan which is preserved only for raavi......and den she hits shiva and krish.........splendid job

I have always felt bad for Dhara. The way Suman treated her, the way Gaumbi treated her post-wedding by sleeping with his brothers while Dhara figures out where to adjust, the way she sacrificed everything. She deserves all the love and admiration.

But that doesn't give her license to project her anger in a physically violent way! The way she spoke to Raavi and then taunted Rishita was sheer gaslighting.

The way she dragged Shiva and threw him in front of Raavi was obnoxious. It's been five days since the upheaval of marriage these people had! You can't expect people to start to sing Kumbaya at your feet or adjust to new changed scenarios!

Hell, even a simple marriage has so many complications! Does she even realise what trauma these people have gone through, especially Raavi-Shiva? Will throwing them together solve the purpose? She had no rhyme or reason to be talked to like that.

Could you give Raavi some peace and cut her some slack. She is still recovering from PTSD, and lady you were beating the shit out of family members!

I am sorry, eating food separately is not a crime! The same goes for not cooking for Shiva. What is precisely Shiva -Raavi’s fault? The girl was getting married to the man of her dreams. He is now roaming in front of her every second, kissing another girl. She got married to Shiva, who had done nothing but hated her. So, excuse her if she doesn't want to cook for him or take care of him. Shiva isn't a kid. Go and preach your gendered role division patriarchy sermons for yourself.

Spare her the horror and don't curse her ‘bhookhe maro.’

Seriously what bitterness!

I'm just stalking IF these days.

I'll start watching again when I'll find some indication that all's well in PS again😆

Watch the show occassionally with Mom, loved the light hearted scenes.. And have been silent reader.. But what they have shown in the name of love Dhara has for her devars and respect the devars have for the bhabhi cum mother is simply preposterous.. That was pure violence. A woman being beaten by father like figure is treated as violence and why would they be okay with showing this in the name of family values.. Next day they all sit to cure each other wounds and play yaadon ki baarat..toh ban gayi family.. Even if they show Dhara mahan, I will not be able to see her in the same way as she used to be..SHe is autorative and also a bit controlling. Never tried to talk with Ravi or Shiva , about what they are going through, about how they need space from each other.. I also have had issues with everyone going to Dhara for getting the money for their daily expenses.. Such situations create animosity at one point of time.. Does not work that way.. But in the name of being a mother , the way she treated the grown up guys in front of their wives and lets go the eldest one and his wife was so infuriating to watch.. Even mom who has been loving the show wanted to not watch it anymore because of the violence that was shown in the name of frustration, love and respect.😭
