Every other episode CVs feel the need to remind us that she is bhooli, masoom, baccho jaisi, saadi, incorrupted, pure, etc.

The constant hammering via dialogues is so weird. Like ok, we got it. Move on, what next? This borderline fetishizing her character traits.. They don't do that with other characters. Other shows don't do it either.

What's wrong? Is the actress' performance isn't enough to get the point across? Or the writers don't know how to display it through the character's actions?

I think its because she is the one who got betrayed, right? She is the heart-broken one. So they want to sympathize with her more. For so long, she was this happy-go-lucky girl who wanted to marry a prince charming but then her dreams got destroyed. Now, they want her to get back up and overcome the problems for some episodes.

Almost every show has wedding drama that leaves leads feeling betrayed, right? We've seen this track so many times on so many shows.

But the way dialogues describing Raavi are written, it's a bit weird. Soooooo much focus on ✨masoom, bholi, baccho jaisi✨. This is a whole adult who was willingly getting married. But the dialogues infantilise her like crazy.

I'm sure there are other character traits that she has. Like how lively she used to be, her loyalty, resilience, etc. They get mentioned barely, and that too in passing. The writers are hammering via dialogues that Raavi is a ✨uwu soft bean✨ & nothing else. But then in the next scene have her narrate mature AF monologues.
