I can't properly think right now but like I understand that Raavi is mad at Shiva for "leaving her" and all that but like does it make sense that she literally has not shown an ounce of resentment towards Dev?

This is like mind-boggling. He effectively (if you think about it) ruined your childhood and (if you really want to go there) your life!

Like I think it would have made more sense if she was mad at like both brothers at the same time but only on Shiva is not really sitting with me,

Its more like, Shiva effects her more than Dev and its always been like that. More than Dev, she's connected to Shiva and during the kidnapping track she was sure that he won't leave her (which he didn't, but I'm saying from her POV) but she saw him leave her, and her mind just registered that "he left me" and Shiva didn't say anything to refuse her accusations, so she eventually believed it and hasn't come to terms with it.

I'm feeling that only if Shiva tells her, then she will start to understand in his part and this is why they both need to sort this out together by talking, Shiva keeping mum about this is not helping him in any way

But I kinda understand because it's his character, he doesn't do anything to justify himself, he just do it, "jisko kya aur kaise samajh na hai, samajh le, I'm can't go around explaining myself to everyone"

Am I making any sense 😆 I don't know, but I hope I got the point I wanted to say 😆

@bold: She didn't say/showed this this but this is completely my thoughts on their relationship, yes they are enemies but there was always a sense of comradery between them (her feelings, from my perspective)

I am not sure why we are all thinking that Raavi is not mad at Dev? Actually, maybe she is not mad but definitely hurt. And I am glad she is not all depressed about Dev and has accepted the fact that he never was hers. Kudos to her to maturely accept that fact and not dwell in sadness.

I think her collisions with Shiva are more of a childhood thing rather than being something new. She still thinks of Shiva as before. Even with the marriage, she has not completely comprehended it and acts the way she does. She needs to adjust to her new relationship with Shiva, and it will not happen overnight. It will take a while for both to see the goodness of each other. Good for us, that Shiva already knows Raavi is a kind soul at heart.

No you're making sense, I understood what you said...but like in my brain, just like how Shiva left her...she did almost K word herself for Dev, even if she wasnt as affected by him like she is by Shiva...thats still not that easy to get over.

I mean, I think I would feel some type of resentment over a person who drove me to almost suicide even if I dont care about them anymore.. you get me?

True @bold and we can especially see that in today's episode with the sindoor scene. Also, Shiva keeps making the first moves and Raavi keeps looking like she's trying to either ignore it or completely forget it.

I agree, even I don't know how she's not showing any resentment towards Dev but if you see they haven't really showed Raavi interacting with Dev alone, only when it's shown we would know how she feels towards him and whether she's really moved past it. In the regional show there were at least some scenes where Raavi and Dev's character talked post the marriage fiasco, but in here we're not getting that

Raavi is simple minded and childish (not in a bad way, but based on her character on screen, I see it that way, correct me if I'm wrong)

She's angry and the only way she can release it is through lashing out at the person who would accept it and she thinks "Shiva is not saying anything, so he's at fault" therefore she's channeling all her resentments towards him alone and not towards the person who deserves it.

Raavi is certainly an interesting character indeed!

Personally speaking, I think the reasons she hasn't shown any resentment to Dev can be three-fold (with the third reason being the least likely in my opinion):

1. She considered Dev to essentially be dead when he left her at the mandap for Rishita. Dev is her childhood crush for 10 years. She's always thought of him to be some sort of perfect soul because he was there to "pick up the pieces" that Shiva dropped. She was so used to Shiva hurting her and Dev protecting her, that when Dev hurt her for the first time, she considered him and her childhood crush to essentially be dead. In psychology, you could consider that she has "dissociated (i.e., completely removed)" her memories of Dev with actual Dev. As such, it probably is difficult to be mad at a person who is quite honestly dead in your mind.

2. Dev is now "older" in terms of relations to her. As the elder, she cannot truly "hate" him or insult him. Therefore, she is showing both hatred and her blow-outs to Shiva who is an "equal" to her. It is a little sickening to see Shiva get the brunt of her anger, especially since he does not deserve all of it. Some it maybe. But not all. But, I think part of the reason may be this. Or maybe the makers want to explore this concept further in the show. So far, Dev and Raavi have not had a scene where they are alone, so this might be the barrier, but even so, she hasn't even shown a cold shoulder to Dev...

3. This is my least probably (but still wanted to include it nonetheless) thoughts, but maybe Raavi doesn't want to put any sort of hatred towards Dev because in her mind Dev is "perfect" and she wants to preserve that perfect image of him. As such, she hurls all her hatred and insults to Shiva while sparing Dev everything.

Hatred is truly something that is heavily explored in history. You can never explain hatred, that's for sure, and if left unchecked, it can explode to something as dangerous as a war. In Raavi's case, it's interesting, because misunderstanding after misunderstanding, nothing seems to be getting resolved. It's all the same. It's her criticizing Shiva and Shiva running from there without answering her. I think the running away is what is causing her hatred to build up...

Thats because dev is nothing to her, only her her devar but shiva is her hubby

We get heart break when we have expectations, with shiva she had expectations which broke off, with dev he is past chapter & may be she doesn't even consider him worth to confront because twice she properly ignored him
