This one is the first one where they mislead the whole OST hum Kiya such te hai aur Kiya hota hai! Totally the opposite.

And maybe Burhan studied the case since he was supposed to take Mahi's case. Maybe he came across something that made him think? Or maybe bakhtiyar asks him to do it and he agrees so they don't take it out on Nashwa. Wasey bhi lawyers don't see what is right and wrong morally and pick case. They just pick one and fight for it. Unka kam hai jhoot ko Sach main badalna. Agar jhoot Sach na ho at least ittefaq me badal na.

No as per BTS, even Ammar is arrested. He is handcuffed. Maheen has been killed by Bakhtiyar which I am very sure.

Asim and Bisma also come to court, to support Ammar. He is their SIL after all.

I don't think OST and promos have mislead us. In fact they had given away the plot long time back that Nashwa gets Married to Ammar.

From day 1 I have been saying, this deal of getting Bisma married to Asim in exchange of Nashwa, is very very very silly that too for a fighter girl like Nashwa who is a lawyer.

Nashwa could have just blackmailed them about Ammar rape case.

Even giving up her rights makes little sense than getting married to Ammar. Even though I don't vouch for that too. But chalo, money is not everything. But Here toh, she has given up everything, her rights, her life. Why 😡. Sorry buy Nashwa comes across as a very impulsive immature and egoistic girl. She could have easily talked to Burhan and asked his advice. But she just brushes him off and acts so rude to him. Even Burhan has contacts. He could have definitely protected bisma and Nashwa using law itself

I think what will happen is Ammar will be arrested then Nashwa will be looking around. Bakhtiyar will make her represent Ammar or for some reason the option to represent him will come to her as Burhan initially said he will take Mahi's case. When Nashwa takes his case then she'll find that he is not the criminal. And win her first case in the most unexpected way.

I think Ammar will die when bakhtiyar builders construction collapses. And then Nashwa will be free.

There is not an iota of doubt that Nashwa will fight against Ammar. And this will be Burhan first defeat, because they will never show Nashwa losing the case. I think that is the reason, he breaks down, because this is his first defeat.
