I think Burhan will be blackmailed by Bakhtiyar, and Nashwa will take up the case against Burhan because she knows if she doesn’t intervene now, both Ammar and Bakhtiyar will go free, and Maheen will never get justice.Nashwa's biggest fear used to be her mom, but now that she’s secured her safety, she won’t let these criminals get away.

Till now, the entire history is repeating itself. Except a small change is maybe Nashwa will come out of eventually by sending Ammar to jail and being an independent lawyer

Please don't tell me even Burhan gets carried away buy Bakhtiyars blackmailing. Why is everyone surrendering to him? First Nashwa and now Burhan. Burhan getting blackmailed doesn't make any sense because he is big shot lawyer. Can't he find any way to send Bakhtiyar to jail. Also He should think that if Ammar goes to jail Nashwa will be automatically freed. So why would he budge?

The only reason I see is Maybe Bisma requests him to defend Ammar to save Nashwa married life.

Also if Nashwa is really being blackmailed by Bakhtiyar for Bisma life then how does she have the courage to against him for Ammar case. In fact by fighting against Bakhtiyar, she is putting the entire Asim household into life threat. Just by getting Bisma married to Asim, will her life be spared.

Hero of this show is Nashwa and heroin is Bisma. Burhan has actually no role in this show. Still don't understand what is purpose of Burhan character in this show.. The presence or absence of his character doesn't drive the story. Even if his character wouldn't be there, story would not have changed.

That's what I am saying. Burhan should not have outrightly told No for Faryal without knowing Nashwa feelings. Till now they have show tat he is still confused about Nashwa and that is why he was not outright rejecting Faryal proposal which was quite realistic. But now what made him take this sudden decision. What I am trying to say is, why should Burhan remain single when Nashwa never gave him any signals of love. She has always been rude towards him. So how did he get that misconception that she likes him? Till now he has shown to be a matured level headed guy. He even knows when Nashwa is hurt and cries.I don't think evwn he is that deeply in love with Nashwa too. Now he can never get back Faryal which is very sad.

Yes even I fully agree with you, going by HUM current trending records, and even going by QEJ standards , they are going to show an open ending for Nashwa and Burhan. I guess both will eventually fall out of love when they fight against each other. Nashwa will never marry Burhan who defends a criminal. Either Burhan will be killed or Go back to London because now he won't be able to face Nashwa after losing the case. HUM never gives a happy or an obvious ending. They give realistic ending which is what I love about them. At the most happy ending will be for Asim and Bisma and Nashwa as a successful lawyer.

Thank you. Can we move away from the traditional hero heroine tags. That hinders the story. There's so much more to life than DDLJ style hero and heroine.

Also, I don't like calling people support cast. How can you call a cast like QeJs support cast? They elevate and enhance the story with their layered arc. They take the story forward.

I feel it's time to break out of this strict character roles which are rigid and be more fluid for the story's sake.

I just wanted to add that while Nashwa and Bisma are the central figures, Burhan is a very important character. He shows them what a man can be and should be. He is nice and soft like Asim but also can be shatir and calculated like Taya but in a good way. Asim was like Bisma, too kind and sweet. Burhan is the balance. He shows Nashwa that she and other girls deserve that basic care, respect, dignity. He provides her that mentorship and guidance that a person like Nashwa needs. That is invaluable and no romance in life compares.

Given her life circumstances, one would think Nashwa does deserve him a tiny bit more than Faryal but I could also say that given the life circumstances, Mahi deserves someone like Burhan even more than Nashwa. While all is true and it's not about piting women against each other, if compared the level of vulnerability between all 3 girls were always different. Faryal is wonderful and also deserves no less.

I always believe we need to differentiate between equity and equality. Equality is not always equity.

Now the matter is if they end up together. I don't know. I kind of see them keep it open ended with a strong hint of reconciliation sometime down the road. I'm very sure Ammar will die. Too many foreshadowing.

I'm okay with where the story takes us. I have some expectations but I'm also ready for some disappointments if it comes. I was prepared since the beginning.

Because after TB, my expectations have changed even more. The way Murstasim was shown, if they followed his real character arc then murstasim would have waited for Meerab for not just life, like Asim, but for eternity. But the writer and producers destroyed what they set up so beautifully for 45+ episodes by him just agreeing to go with Haya lol.

So I just say be prepared. Do trust an Asim, Burhan and a Murstasim. But know at the end they're a man and I don't want to sound cliched but unpredictable change is in their fitrat. I won't blame fitrat completely. Men have choice just like women but women are always much stronger with will power and love than men can ever be. The bar is never the same sadly.

End rant.

Lol where did Mahi and Burhan come from😆. Burhan has not even seen Maheen. And till now, I have not found and worthwhile dialogues or mentorship from Burhan side.. He didn't even do anything to get Asim and Bisma married. Everything was done by Nashwa singlehandedly. What guidance has he given to Nashwa. I just find his character unnecessary in this plot

Amd as much as I may sound a misogynistic, but Maheen was no doodh ki dulari either. Her father who was such a poor man, trusted her and sent her to city to study. But what was she doing, she went with aAmmar to rave party knowinngly, though of initially trapping hom by getting married to him.. As much as they say that Boys have no right to rape a woman, but women should also be careful. After all even the guy gets punished, but it is a girl who is going to have a lifelong trauma. So girls should be careful. But nowadays All I find is girls competing with Boys just for the heck of it. BTW I am a girl too but I won't support a girl who is wrong. Yes I do agree that what happened with Mahi wad wrong because she was drugged. But I am pissed at her for going out with Ammar so late at night.

Dude, It's not a crime to trust someone. Mahi trusted Ammar as he only showed his good side to her. Nothing at all wrong if she went out with him. She has as much right to go to any party as he does. What was wrong is that she was drugged and raped and murdered purely by the obnoxious predatory men in that party.

Too often women are blamed and questioned as to why they got themselves into that situation - like what even, if a man went to a party and got killed, will anyone question him why was he there to begin with???

The idea that a woman should dress in a particular way or stay away from particular places in order to be safe is obnoxious and should something bad come to pass because of their choices they are in NO way responsible for it.

I think instead of schooling and policing women on what they should and should not wear or where they should and should not be, the men need to be schooled and taught on what is okay and what is not and the consequences of their bad actions should be so severe that they will never try something without consent.
