Yeah. Haseeb can do better than replicate a poster that already exists- even if the pose is an iconic one. I also have no idea why Haseeb put up that racy Cannabis poster up knowing how conservative PTV audiences are. I see he has been deleting comments right left and center. If there is chemistry and heat and all that, I am sure we will see it so I am really surprised at this heavy-handed approach by Haseeb to hype SMD. I really hope that is not what the actual promotions are all about.

Since this is a post by the director and not production, I’m thinking he is seeing art in it and is somehow relating it to the drama. I doubt it will be racy, it’s a pak drama after all. The drama is his vision so I trust it more than how Geo is going to sell it. One thing is clear, he is really proud of how it is coming together. Yeah it seems he is proud of how it has come together but it is wiser to not start declaring it a success abhi se and let audience decide. Haseeb is usually a restrained guy so it is surprising to see him act so gleeful/

Cannabis is a French movie. It's the first poster in Haseeb's IG post. The one that Tere Bin poster shot looks like a bit.

I guess I don’t see it as him declaring it a success but rather expressing how it all came together like they wanted…like they successfully completed a task. Projects don’t always turn out how they had envisioned it. A lot of people are taking it to mean commercial success so maybe he should be more careful. I honestly think he’s just happy with how it has turned out. It will probably still be a success in his eyes even if it doesn’t work out commercially. Especially if this behaviour isn’t typical of him, then I believe he’s just being genuine.
