I have no problem with salar's Obsession or possesiveness because it balances sitara's dumbness and stupidity to an extent. If salar was a nice guy this girl could have suffered in hell for all sacrifices she does in family love. Bewakoof ladki will come and ask for her own ruin to salar😂😂, salar being himself will somehow get engaged to her. After a long time I feel like writing fanfictions on some couple.

That is true. What I meant is that after he ensures her safety and security, out of that wretched house, maybe in an university hostel. Ensure that she is in LLB and has a job somewhere, ensure that she has all her stuff - clothes, books, the money or share of property she has from her parents, maybe jewellery from her mother, a new phone plus laptop, everything. Plus he can ask Junaid to keep an eye out for her and make arrangements with hostel and university guards so that no one from her family disturbs her and immediately informs him if any one tries. Basically take her responsibility without marrying her at this point. Sitara needs space to recover. She has been trying to rely on her family, but her brother's violence and Salman's betrayal would be the straw that breaks the camel's back and finally set her on the path away from her family. Plus, she is beginning to soften a bit towards Salar and all the help that she rejected from Salar till date was on the grounds that it humiliates her family. With no family, she probably will back down a bit. Albeit only a bit. It will be a long journey before Salar manages to get her to trust him fully again.

That's true. But honestly, Qasim and Nimi hate each other's guts. A marriage with each other will only make them tear each other down as they both justly deserve. Nimi knows very well that Qasim loves Sitara (although he is selfish enough to choose his career over her), something that Qasim himself will remind her every single day, and she will be stuck in a life that where she will regret or be angry over the fact that she trapped Sitara because otherwise Sitara and Salar would have remained just friends (unlikely so for the long term but the events have sped up a lot of things) and not be together. It will a marriage of two people who genuinely dislike each other and are equally vile.

Salman and Kiran, on the other hand, will be a case of one snake marrying a bigger manipulative snake. Salman feels no attraction to Kiran but she has property and if Salar pulls the rug from under his feet, he will definitely eye the shop. He does not care much who he is marrying as long as he is getting Mamu's shop and house. Sitara just happened to be the better option - she is beautiful, has brains and guts, and add to that, he will be able to get back at Salar. Kiran is Mamu's own daughter though and probably has an even bigger share of the property. Given how manipulative Salman is, he will be perfectly able to get the house and shop under his control. The moment that happens, he will ensure that Zohaib is out of his way - something that is easy for him because he knows his dark secrets and given that now he will be Son in law, Shahida will choose Salman over Zohaib. Add to this that he knows Kiran's secret and will be perfectly content to keep her control via subtle threats and manipulation. Kiran is not a very strong person, she gets scared very easily. Considering how she is not getting rishtas, her parents will resort to this. A life with Salman in her parents' house may not seem bad at first glance but slowly manipulation and subtle threats begin to take their toll especially since Kiran cannot live without needling someone and given that she has no respect for Salman and knows that he only married her for the property, she will keep snipping and needling back at him and annoy Salman. Something like happening every single day does not make fora healthy marriage especially if you add Shahida to the mix.

A middle aged man who may turn out to be kind and respectful might end up being a better option unfortunately.

So true. This is after a long time I have found such a fanfiction inducing couple. Salar-Sitara as a couple has a lot of cuteness and wholesomeness but it also has lot of passion and angst - a complete package for a couple.

I think he is good at playing lost lover roles. I would like to see him play different roles to understand his calibre. He knows how to utilise his eyes to express his emotions when he is playing a character.

Also, just to give context on how fast these events are happening, let me just try to trace the timeline.

Salar and Sitara part ways. Sitara has graduated by this point as she is no longer wears her college uniform and has started looking into LLB admissions. Salar goes to Canada for a planned 6 months and starts working. Let's call this Month 1.

Sitara is admitted to MA economics by Salman. Junaid keeps a track. Things seem fine. Salar meets Suresh who tells him that he won't even stay for 2 months. Sitara's family starts building pressure regarding marriage with Salman which they hope to conduct within a few months. (Happens in Month 1)

Sitara attends classes. Junaid keeps a track, meets Sitara and Salman in university, informs Salar. Salar keeps calling Sitara but she does not respond despite him leaving his field to get network. (Happens in Month 1)

Salman realises Junaid is keeping an eye on Sitara on Salar's instructions and speeds up the wedding to a month's deadline to not risk Salar's return. Zoya tries a last ditch effort to marry off Sitara to her brother. Salman and Sitara's alliance is fixed. Sitara is betrayed by Zohaib. (Happens in Month 1) (Let's take this as Day 0).

Day 1 - Nimi antagonises Zoya. Sitara is with Sana bemoaning her brother's betrayal.

Day 2 - Zoya informs Salar who confirms his return. Sitara curses Kiran. Salar informs his parents at night who plan a grand return party.

Day 3 - I am assuming that Salar is travelling this day and it is not shown to us.

Day 4 - Day 1 SR - (SR now stands for Salar's Return) - Sitara avoids Salman at university. Salar returns and whole haath pakadna kaand happens. His parents keep planning the party while Junaid and Saba confront him. Salar is crying in the evening. He keeps obsessively calling Sitara and sends her semi-threatening messages, something his dad overhears while Sitara thinks Sana called him and switches off the phone. Salar is still wearing black athleisure, as he came to Sitara's uni straight from airport. Salman demands that they speed up his wedding to Sitara to a date within a week as he is alarmed by Salar's return.

Day 2 SR - Salar (in formal sky blue skirt and cream trousers) barges into Sitara's home and creates a whole kaand about haath pakadna. Sitara calls Salman home where he insists that they agree to the sped up date. Sana, Salman and Sitara go for wedding shopping where they meet Salar.

Day 3 SR - Salman, Nimi and Phupho arrive to fix the wedding date with a healthy dose of rotten fruits and abuse and stop Sitara from going to uni any further. Salar who was searching for Sitara at uni, still wearing the previous day's clothing combo, returns home and confesses to his mom who is planning the party. His mom informs everyone including his dad, Junaid and Saba. Junaid talks to Salar who goes into a rant, still obsessively calling Sitara, which is cut by Salman who had come to give her "company" while his mom and his sister are still fixing the date outside in the living room. Salar calls Zoya, who is left behind, and pleads with her to arrange a meeting with Sitara. Mirza meets with Salar's parents and insults them. Salar now wants to marry Sitara and goes to Junaid for help who encourages him to confess to Sitara. Junaid and Saba have an argument about this which is overheard by Salar's dad. Ehtisham tries to put Zoya's doubts to rest but fails. At night, Salar's dad tells him to join him at their party so that he can formally hand over his business empire to Salar. Sitara overhears Mumani, Zohaib and Kiran's insults. Salar texts her I LOVE YOU which she reads.

Day 4 SR - Sana comes to visit Sitara while Kiran informs them that they are opening Sitara's mom's trunks. Phupho family discussion where Nimi challenges Zoya. Salar, in orange athleisure, still calling and messaging Sitara obsessively since he can no longer meet her in person as she no longer can go out. Zoya's doubts are confirmed and she plan to sabotage Nimi. At night, Salar is insulted at his party by Mirza and Hamdani.

Day 5 SR - Salar in cream formal shirt and jeans, still obsessively messaging Sitara who finally messages back shut up. Zoya plans an outing with Sitara. His parents think the ladki ka chakkar is fake. Sahiba scolds her parents. Zoya plans a sea view meet up with Salar where he finally confesses to Sitara in person (Bhai thodi aur romantic planning aur gesture honi chahiye thi, warna konsi ladki tumhare izhaar par yakeen karegi), Sitara refuses to believe him and thinks it is his ego at play. She challenges him to use his power to stop her wedding. Zoya gives Sitara a reality check that she is unable to recognise true love because she has never received it. An annoyed Salar who is joined by Junaid decides to his power and starts with getting Qasim fired. Sitara gets worried about Salar while taking to Sana. Shahida and Kiran make a whole issue about Sitara going out. Zohaib calls Salman and they get into a verbal fight. Zohaib becomes violent with Sitara. Salar calls Salman and Zoya manipulates him into meeting Salar. Salar is worried about what he heard on the phone and messages Sitara who is traumatised.

Day 6 SR - Sahiba apologies to Tahir and Salar, in blue denim and black jeans combo, saves Sikandar's collaboration with Mirzas. Tahir thanks Salar. Salar confronts Salman and threatens him while Zohaib cuts his hands and Sitara does not attend to it.

I just hope that I make things more clear for those are saying that Sitara is doing too much or insulting Salar again and again. She keeps avoiding him and he refuses to take a hint. He turns up out of nowhere when he is supposed to be Canada and jumps into her family's affairs without talking to her once. He texts her I LOVE YOU and then two days later, in the most arrogant way declares that he loves her now (jab hamdardi thi to thi, ab sirf mohabbat). No wonder the poor girl mistakes it for ego. One confession is a pathetic text, the other is a semi-arrogant demand. Salar needs to do better. This girl wants to be heard and loved. Treat her like a princess and see how she responds. And all this is an background of things going insanely fast. Like give the girl some space and time.

Considering how Day 3 SR was the day when the date was fixed for the wedding which is supposed to happen in a week and Day 2 SR was the day Taya was ranting that Salman wants the wedding within a week, I am excepting the wedding to take place on Day 9 SR or Day 10 SR. The things are seriously moving at a rocket speed and no one should be expecting Sitara to trust Salar in this mess after barely two haphazard confessions especially after what he did at the walima. So, essentially it leaves one day for Mayun (we have BTS pics for that). Essentially, there would only three-four days left before the wedding. Minus from it the day Sitara meets with Salar in the restaurant plus rain sequence and you have only 2 days left between that and the main wedding. I hope I am able to track of things in a sane manner.

Salar is going to lose whatever test Sitara is going to set for him and she will lose whatever trust she has regained back in him and his "so-called" love.

And what exactly is Zohaib's problem? In my opinion, he is on par up there with Nimi, Kiran and Salman as Sitara's tormentors.

Salar got a blank check from his dad. “Do anything and I’ll back you up” 😂 he is going to use it,

What is he planning? People on twitter are guessing he will switch up with Salman at the wedding and arrive as the groom.

I think this is possible. The engagement pictures might actually be reception pictures. Salar’s family holds a reception to save face. Then we have Sitara pursuing LLB and Salar actually realizing his love-trying to prove it to Sitara who is not giving him the time of the day. That might be the 2nd half of the story

Also he is such a Kamina. His scene with Salman was sooo good
