Its more of looking like assaulted but even though I do not want to see someone like that..but if they are planning to show it hope nooran can handle it properly.

Yes wonderful point ! Good chances he will put 2-2 and realize the girls got played.
But he will definitely be angry at both of them for elopement ! It’s still big thing and implies that neither of them believed him or trusted him to be fair enuf over a random guy they just met! They both know him for decades and Anas was probably months old.
It will hurt him more that his own didn’t trust him!
