I understand her pain, but she's also making pretty dumb decisions, just like Hamza. At this point, I don't care who is more right (none of them is). They are both stupid and need to just stay away from each other forever.

It's not about "belief". Its a fear SJ as an abuser who has a reach in her brain (which is how abuse works) placed in her mind. And honestly, is it that irrational, can we completely blame it on trauma ?

When SJ infront of the whole family said she would take the baby and raise it herself, freaking Raees gut reacted going what the hell. Hamza didn’t move an eyelash. Hamza never ever does counter his mother or go against her. Reminder that from Hala's pov, SJ tried to kill her child and Hamza watched. If they remain apart, then all SJ needs to do is prove Hala is mentally unstable (which she can easily do, Hala has panic attacks on the sight of her) and bam, custody taken from Hala and possible restraining other. SJ can and will snatch her baby if she wants to, Hala knows it. What will Hamza do ? Being a mama's boy, he will just watch at best, or believe his mother and blame Hala again at worst.

I am sorry but I am exhausted of people mocking motherhood fears, and Hala's fear of losing her child actually makes a lot of sense.

It's not about believing SJ, its about the legitimate fear.

She doesn’t think Hamza will hurt her. She thinks he will watch and silently comply to his mother's deeds. Which he does, he has blind faith in SJ and can never face how evil she is.

Sorry for using a historical exemple, but when Jewish children were snatched away from their parents and sent to their death by Nazis, what did the French governement do ? Watch. That's called collaboration. And to the jews, it was exactly the same as Nazis.

If SJ wants to take her child from Hala, Hamza will play the role of a collaborator. This is a rational thought process anyone without trauma could have believed too.

It follows the same trajectory of masoom naive girl, shareef fair husband, chudail saas.😂 And the name was also similar.

I thought may be inspired by indian TV channels, to capitalize on the original Humsafar they brought it as Meray Humsafar.

But i have to say Hala is such a crybaby with no self worth ir self respect as opposed to Khirad. Hala, to me as of 16th episode, is who i would term as a "bechari loser" or "doormat".

I do not want her to go back to her torture-land at any cause. I agree she deserves that assurance,but she has not even given the man a chance to say how he feels or anything. All she does is blindly trusts SJ and clearly does not trust Hamza. She is easy going with everyone and being tough only with Hamza. It is not fair to him

So what should hala do. Return to Riffat Manzil and get herself and her child killed? She is doing everything to save the baby which is safer at her father’s house period. The only thing lacking is that the writer should have made this point clear. But considering how badly written the show is and how confused the leads are, I expect no sense from her.

If Hamza is so in love with her as he claims, why not get her a separate place like he mentioned in a previous episode when they were renovating their room etc. He is all words and no action. And I am so glad the critics and the neutral audience can at least see that.

That is 100 percent true. He is all talk and no action. I agree he will take her back to RM and she will be home all day with a Jerk MIL.

I was just saying she is easy going and forgiving towards everyone but the harshest to Hamza in his face. Then with Mariam she is all about how good character of a man he is. It is annoying to watch.

There is no progress to their relationship.

I haven't watched this show except for a couple of scenes but I have watched Humsafar multiple times. That drama is way superior in all aspects. Also, except for the 'conniving' mother in law, there's hardly any similarity between these dramas. Asher and Khirad were something else.

For the first time I want this show to be over soon ... too much crying of Halza .... serial is complete dukhi aatma ....

It's high time for baby to cry enough with the parents ...and rest of chudail family ... crying ...
