This show is really annoying...Wahaj Ali's family are annoying to the max.. they feel so entitled like their laadla is such a catch .. they're very sneaky and entitled and self absorbed..

also Mahir's mum is kinda right in her own way..i find her dad's character super sanctimonious .. and he seems to be gas-lighting the mum as well saying things like she will regret her decision one day, as if he's the only one who is right..and emotionally blackmailed his daughter like "i know you will never disappoint me and do what i say, but yes sure tell me your thoughts.. or not i will just assume it" UGH!

also what is wrong with wanting the best for your daughter, its not like the mum's saying she doesn't care about personality or other factors... who says wealthy people can't make god partners #shrug

i have got the feeling this show will infuriate me with how they'll gaslight the audience.. so I'm gonna stop watching

I agree, this is the fault of the writer, she didn't establish their bond. It was important for us as viewers to see how attached Maheer and Saad are with each other. Because there was no establishment of their bond, it is difficult to feel connected with Saad's pain despite the fact that Wahaj has been doing absolute justice to Saad's character and Maheer comes across as self centered in this equation.

I hope their equation is explored really well in coming episodes. I really hope writers will explore their bond and show a proper love story. Hania and Wahaj as a pair can work really well if writing can be a bit better.

I feel like they have included Zavi forcefully in the show,there was absolutely no need of a third lead,when Hania and Wahaj can work wonderfully as a pair if given a decent enough drama where their chemistry is explored!It has been 4 epis and we are yet to get any decent scene between the main leads,bcs the story is revolving around Mahi and Areeb's supposed love and it will be for few more epis.There was no harm in establishing Mahi and Saad's bonding alongside Mahi and Areeb's equation,that way we would be able to connect to Saad's heartbreak more and why he is going through so much struggle and pain to let her go!But no, the writer is weak here and can only concentrate at one thing at a time i guess.Also the camera angle in every Saad and Mahi's scenes seems weird,they do not give their close shots like the way they give for Mahi and Areeb,i think it is done deliberately bcs they wanted to establish Mahi and Areeb's chemistry first and only wanted to give friendly vibes for Mahi and Saad🤔.But what was the need of it,when Mahi and Saad is the ultimate pair,one would think the makers would try to establish their chemistry from the get go!

Why was Saad getting his check up done in the hospital.

I think he donated blood to Mahi's dad,thats why check up is being done🤔..Mahi's dad will be paralysed in the show later on,there is bts of him in wheelchair.Ya phir Saad ka pressure high ho gya hoga Areeb and Mahi ka romance dekh dekhke🤣...

How will Maheer come to know that Saad has always been in love with her. I do feel she will read his diary at some point in the story.

In the ost Saad is himself reading the diary for her,i am so looking forward to that scene..

How will Maheer realize that she is in love with Saad.

For now Mahi doesnt even look a bit interested or attached to Saad,dont know how will she even fall for him😆...

The whole point of the show is infatuation vs true love. So, it was important to develop Maheer and Areeb first. Now, post Saad and Maheer's wedding, I feel makers will explore their equation more.

I do feel they could have established Maheer and Saad's equation alongside Maheer and Areeb. It's only been 4 epis, let's see what happens

Bold...Agreed.I am not liking the way they are trying to portray the mother as some kind of villain when in some places she is stating facts!The father is behaving high and mighty and taunting the mother every now and then,and also emotionally trying to blackmail Mahi with his rants of she is not going to dissapoint him and all but let me know your opinion..Also the way the drama is trying to portray rich people as bad people,is not setting well with me.Even Mahi said,rich people are class conscious and fake and the father toh goes extra mile with his judgement about rich ppl!Yes the mother is annoying with her shehzada chants but she had every right to be present when the rishta was geting fixed,she is not a nobody,she is the mother!

Coming to Saad's family,i am liking Neelo so far,even though she is a bit stubborn and imposing,she has spark and a catchy character,so i am enjoying it.The parents of Saad,umm they are not really clicking and seems blind when it comes to read expressions of both the kids as in Saad Mahi.I liked Mahi,she came across as logical and crisp in the last epi,even though she is a bit self centered.I like shades in a character,toh i am liking it as well.Also Saad needs to be given some freaking dialogues bcs it does wonder when you give your characters dialogues,Wahaj is obviously brilliant in emoting but in this character i need dialogues bcs they havent pre established the bonding of Saad Mahi,so its getting hard for me to connect with Saad without dialogues.

I am not sure if people actually have this thought process or they get blinded because of their liking for a particular character.

One can't point a finger at Maheer is what I feel. She has every single right to choose her life partner. Even if she knew that Saad loves him, then also she is not bound to reciprocate to him.

My only problem with Maheer is that she seems little self centered when it comes to her friendship with Saad but that's about it ! Apart from that I do not think that she is wrong in any way !

Maheer is absolutely not wrong in choosing whom she likes,neither she is bound to like or love Saad, but most of the viewers of this drama seems to think the opposite.It actually happens when there is a sacrificial lover who claims to love the fl to no bounds and the fl doesnt reciprocate,most of the viewers tend to sympathise with the one sided lover specially if he is not trying to impose on the fl and letting her go.After watching the teaser,i kind of had the intuition that ppl are going to hate on Hania's character and thats what is happening😆.And it will multiply when Saad will get slapped due to Mahi😆,but i am liking her character,yeah she is a bit self centered but who isnt nowadays!

To be honest some FDs set a narrative and then the rest of the audience just runs with it. 90% of those watching are not thinking audience and these memers well, firstly just making a random statement is not a meme, let alone the rest.

The thing is audience complain about seeing a bechari lead on screen, or if a girl is strong they find her either rude or annoying, but when they see a comparatively normal FL who is neither evil nor a good two shoes, they don’t know how to take her. I mean who amongst us doesn’t tell white lies and who wouldn’t get attracted to a rich handsome stranger over a sweet cousin who you grew up with, but no when it comes to such portrayal on screen, they want to call her a liar, evil? Like seriously? This is why I rarely watch desi shows and enjoy desi fds, they can’t think beyond certain black or white one-dimensional characterisation.

And I have noticed most calling Maheer “evil” are either fangirls or just random boys who probably got ditched by a girl for a rich dude 😆 But it’s annoying honestly. Pehle they did Hala Hala, now when she didn’t turn out to be Hala, tu ab she’s a gold digger, selfish evil queen 😆
