Spotlight: Sadia Imam

This week's Spotlight is Sadia Imam. i have collected as much info about her as possible, its not a lot about her career but something is better than nothing

She is not just a highly acclaimed actor but has also done catwalks, comparing, musicals, and commercials. She was born in Rawalpindi She started doing radio shows from Islamabad when she was in sixth grade In the tenth grade at the time, She did her first ever shoot with Nabila and Tapu Javeri First interaction with TV was through Zaheer Khan
• Acted in a long list of plays, some of them are: Uljhan, Doosri Duniya, Kahan Se Kahan Tak, Anmol, Adha Chehra, Khwaab, Azaab, Kaghaz, Colony 52, Pehli Barish, Umrao Jaan Ada

Apparently she has presumed an image of a crying doll more so because of the sad and weeping roles offered to her. Has learned a lot from her colleagues and has matured into a quality performer. She wrote a long play called, Khiza ko bahaar kaisay karon
• She hates taking notes and always got in trouble during school times because of not doing her homework.

Sadia: "I found it a little difficult to work with Anwar Maqsood, because he expects a lot from the artist. The grammar and the pronunciation has to be perfect and you just cannot manipulate the dialogue to your liking because it seems perfect," says a starry-eyed Sadia remembering the time when she did the play Colony 52. "It was probably the best serial of my life."

she looked innocent but now even thou she has improved as an actress but still there's not that innocent look that she had before

Well she started putting lot's of makeup and is doing Character roles too and you lose your innocence with that.. and she is in her 30's now and the pics are abt 8-10 yrs old.

There was a time when I was sick and tired of her becasue she used to appear in every other drama serial... But I guess she is an ok actress...
