Rima if you are in the US, may be you can use half and half instead of the UHT milk for this recipe.. That's what I thought when I first saw Sue's ingredients.
I don't remember seeing this UHT milk in super markets. If any one thinks there's a better substitute for this in the US, please post.

Jenim - there is no such thing as UHT MILK written in big bold letters on any milk carton. All Nestle and Dutch Lady products come as Full Cream, Low Fat, High Calcium, Pasturized, Sterilized, Skim Milk etc. etc...but if its UHT (ultra-high temperature processing) they write it in small letters at the bottom of the carton...thats all.😊

No you are not bragging too much, just reverse. 😃 but it is okay. Nice to have some gossips too. In Malaysia, we do get the frozen crab meat at the supermarkets. It comes in two types the meat itself or another called crab stick which comes in red/white colour.. The crab stick is not purely crab. The crab meat you can add into vegetables, or stuffed crab which the recipe I will give next week.

After pouring the batter, cover the whole wok with a cover.
