Kavitha,

I have to commend you specially for making these dishes and presenting it so beautifully. The pictures look so authentic like those in Food/Recipe Publications.

You must have a artsy eye for presenting the main dish and the side dishes so neatly arranged in your plates/bowls. Every recipe picture of yours is so tempting... slurp... I could easily down that Paal Payasam in one gulp. 😳

Jenim I am scared to explain, not clever like Caryn.
For egg curry make it a bit watery. Boil it with whatever you are adding. Then you slowly break in an egg into the curry. Off the fire when you lowering the egg. If the curry is boiling when you lower the egg, the white will all disseminate (hope is the right word)
Or you can poach the egg and lower it in the curry.

Caryn if you have anything please add.

Everyone thanks for the recipes.

Kavitha, seriously I never heard of poaching an egg in kolumbu. I was going suggest to Jenim, to make into a bulls eye before putting into the curry.

Yummmm....... the tofu sambal looks tasty. Today I must remind mum to cook this dish asap. 😉

I earlier requested some of these, but could've missed it and so posting it again.

* Do any of you have recipe for Vege Lo Mein (like they have in the restaurants)?

* We all love "Broccoli in Garlic sauce" at home. When I saw a few recipes, it says it requires Oyster sauce, which we don't eat. Is there any way of making this taste like restaurant's without adding oyster sauce. Any recipe ideas?

Thank you.

Jenim, Lo Mein I have to look for it. Well, about the Oyster sauce. We get vegetarians bottles here. So we have no problem about that. You can leave out the oyster sauce if you like. But let me ask my friends.
