The actor shared pictures from the hospital and revealed how dangerous the injury could have been. According to doctors, the wound was so severe that if it had been even slightly worse, his body could have been paralysed.

A shocking accident on set

Vishal took to social media to share his frightening experience. He wrote, 'Accidents have a way of shaking you up. While shooting, I accidentally cut my nerves with glass, something I never imagined could happen while doing the one thing I love the most: acting.'

The actor explained that the accident forced him to pause everything in his life. 'Two operations later, I’m here, paused, forced to put everything on hold. For someone chasing his dream physique and his dream career, this feels like one of the darkest days,' he added, expressing his disappointment at the sudden break from work.

A narrow escape from Paralysis

Vishal also shared what the doctor told him after the surgery, and his words were truly chilling. 'The doctor told me something that still gives me chills. My artery, which goes straight to the heart, was saved by just a few inches. If not, half my body could’ve been paralysed. He said it was nothing but a blessing that saved me. And I can only think of the blessings I receive every day from my family, my friends, and of course all of you.'

These words highlight just how close Vishal came to a life-changing situation. The actor admitted that the incident made him reflect on the love and support he receives from his well-wishers.

Despite going through such a difficult time, Vishal chose to end his note on a positive and inspiring message. He shared smiling pictures from the hospital and wrote, 'And yet… you’ll still see me smiling in these pictures. Why? Because once I’m back to full strength, nothing and no one will be able to stop me. Even in this condition I won’t pause. This little setback won’t define me, it’ll fuel me.
