You just had to spread it out here in IF hah you?? 😡 And thanks for saying super 😳 but its not in my stomach. Its in juli's 😡😡 im planning to kill her first and next is you 😡😆😆

Jam tarts? my fav daa, Neths you going to bring jam tarts for our gathering ah? so swwweeeett... 😆😆

Wats wrong in telling the truth, that to loving buddies of IF??....don't worry nobody will ask for your Jam Tarts coz asking for Murukkus was a complete failure....😕 Saturday varatum appa irrukku unakku..!!😆😆

Don't waste your time Vani....most of the tarts are in her fren's tummy...!!😆😆😆...I think nothing much is left for Diwali...🤣

Boil the rice.
Add warm milk ,salt to the boiled rice.
Mix it again and again.
Leave it to get cold for sometime.
You will find that all the milk has been absorbed by the rice.
Add some more milk,mix it and add a spoon of curd to the rice and mix it.
Then in a small pan heat a spoon of oil,
put kadugu,perungayam, urud dhal, green/red chillies, curryleaves to it.
Then take finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it with the rice.
It will taste good after 4 or 5 hrs depending on the env.temperature.
This curd rice with Mango thokku is the ultimate lunch for any south indian😉

Pineapple Tart
Ingredients for the Jam :-
Pineapple (Ananas) pieces
grams Sugar (Cheeni)
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
1/4 teaspoon yellow color
2 1/2 cups Water (or accordingly)
How to make pineapple jam
How to make pineapple jam:

Cook the pineapple pieces with water on a low fire until tender and 1 cup water is left. Add sugar cook until it is dissolved. Add citric acid and color, cook until setting point is reached. Pour into a jar and cork tightly. A perfect pineapple jam or pineapple tarts filling should be golden brown in color, with a sticky texture. The golden hue comes from the sugar added during the cooking process.

For the Tart

2 2/3 cup Flour (put according to the number u want naa)
1 cup Butter - cold
2 tablespoons Honey or Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 cup Water - ice cold
1 teaspoon Grated lemon Rind

Mix together flour and butter until butter is small marble size. Make a well, and add sweetener, egg yolk, water and lemon rind then quickly combine all ingredients. Place dough on floured surface and knead together for 5 minutes. Roll dough into a ball, and chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness, and cut into 4-inch squares. Put a tablespoonful of jam in the centre of each square, fold into a triangle and seal the edges. Place on oiled cookie sheets and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Tarts will be golden brown when done. Leave to cool before serving.
