2. Puneet wants a person involved...Like Shekhs and team is behind kidnapping a person who is kept under secrecy hidden somewhere. That guy can have information regarding something.

3. For Ramesh...Let's go for Ex CBI as of now. May be he is on a sabbatical kind...and the force has been kind enough to give him the privilege of joining back anytime.

4. Shekhs could have been CBI as well...or a fake CBI official who worked with Ramesh in the case to get info...but got caught...got shot by Ramesh...and hence he kidnapped Nisha.

5. We need to finalise on what Shekhs was working on...what department Ramesh was heading to decide perfectly on the choris.

Ok if that issue is for the person can this be that person is responsible for sheks fathers death. Sheks wants badla but the person is also a nuclear scientist who is under threat by foreign spy agencies, Dadaji can be his friend so the stories. On the Ramesh part, Ramesh can be RAW officer responsible for security and when the first attack by sheks who was his subordinate then, he foiled his effort and hitting him, Sheks kidnapped Nisha,, and as he was unable to do the mission himself he trained nisha.
Kabir can be new recruit who protects the person and gets Ramesh involved after the first leak happens.
