Day 26

Nisha entered the studio, just wanting to meet Kabir. She was surprised to see that Kabir hadn't reached yet. Waiting for him was the only option, but she just couldn't wait. Seeing him was very important for her.

"Come soon Kabir." She thought to herself as she checked her watch for 50th time in past 5 minutes. She smiled as she saw Kabir enter the studio, but the smile turned upside down, when she saw that he was busy flirting with Vrinda.

She angrily stormed to the sets. The whole day was very hectic as they were shooting for a very important scenes and Viraj wanted to end the scenes fast. After 2 hours of continuous shooting, she sat on one of the chairs in the canteen with her energy down.

She was surprised to see Kabir sit on the chair opposite to her. Though it made her happy, she remembered the morning scene and looked at him with a frown.

Kabir- (confused) What? Yeh Dracula waala look kyun de rahi ho?

Nisha rolled her eyes and thought to herself, "Shantanu ki jagah isse movie mein lena chahiye tha... kitni acchi acting karta hai..."

Nisha- Kabir...

Kabir-(giving a mere nod to the waiter who placed his coffee on the table) Haan?

Nisha- (looking at the waiter who left) Iss studio mein log humare baare mein kya sochte hai?

Kabir- (sipping the coffee) That we are a couple...

Nisha-(a bit annoyed) Then start behaving like my bf...

Kabir-(looking at her with a smirk) Desperate for attention, huh?

Nisha realized that she over reacted.

Nisha- (faking anger) Attention, from you? My foot...

Kabir- (enjoying her nervousness and insecurity) Toh phir? Why do you want ME to act as your BOYFRIEND?

Nisha was taken aback. This guy is too much! Here she was trying to hide her feelings, and he was just trying to know what was going on in her mind. She knew that he was doing all this purposely, after all annoying her was the best thing he could do...

Kabir- Ummm... Nisha?

Nisha came out of her trance and looked up at him. He now had a serious look on his face.

Nisha- Kya hua, tu suddenly senti kyun ho gaya?

Kabir- Tumhe nahi lagta we should tell Kirti, Umesh and Sukku about our fake relationship?

Nisha looked at him in confusion and disappointment. But then he was right. They had lied way too much.

Nisha- Mujhe thoda time de.

The whole day passed with Kabir busy choreographing for the upcoming music launch, so talking to and disturbing him was something she wasn't ready to do. She had to speak her heart out to someone. Then who? She closed her eyes in frustration.

Yes... Papa!

She moved to the canteen and rang her dad. She didn't intend to tell him everything, because he knew her too well, all she had to do was call him. After 5 rings, she heard her brother's voice.

Bunty- Hello, Nishu di?

Nisha- Hi Bunty... Papa kahan hai?

Bunty- Di, aap Mumbai jaake sab bhool gaye ho... Papa ke singing classes hai na... Students ke saath hai...

Nisha sighed in frustration.

Bunty- Kuch urgent tha kya?

Nisha- nahi, bass aise hi... Teri studies kaise chal rahi hai?

Then the 2 siblings bickered. Nisha felt relaxed as Bunty told her that he had finally passed with 70 out of 100 in science and Jwala as usual had scored full marks. She then hanged the call and mentally giggled. Her family just knew the perfect remedies for her worst moods.

Saurav came running to her.

Saurav- Nishu, Shantanu wants to meet you...

Nisha- Haan chalo...

Saurav- Waise, tu kis se baat kar rahi thi?

Nisha- Bunty se...

Saurav- Kya keh raha tha?

Nisha- Nothing much...

Saurav stopped infront of the rehearsal hall.

Nisha- yahan kyun?

Saurav- Pata nahi...

Kabir and Shantanu were sitting and discussing something.

Nisha- Sir, aapne hume kyun bulaya?

Shantanu, Actually, music launch ke liye Kabir ne ek dance routine socha hai... I need a dance partner aur Vrushika toh hai nahi.. Kya tum meri dance partner banogi?

Kabir and Nisha stared at him in shock. Saurav tried to control his laughter and Shantanu gave her an innocent expression.

Kabir- Sir, par aap Vrinda ke saath bhi toh rehearse kar sakte ho... Yaa phir koi dance crew member...

Shantanu- Sab log music launch ke preparations mein busy hai... and Nisha is a good dancer, isiliye... (Teasing) I know she is your girl friend... par it's just one dance...

Nisha nodded in a yes.

They stated with the routine. Kabir stared at Shantanu's hand on Nisha's waist angrily. Shantanu led Nisha through the dance. Nisha uncomfortably stared at Kabir and Shantanu throughout the dance.

Kabir wanted to push Shantanu away from Nisha! But he couldn't do anything, so was purposely disturbing them.

Kabir- Sir, aapko Nisha ko twirl karna hai... main dikhata hoon...

Shantanu moved away and Kabir started dancing with Nisha. But both were lost in the music and performed on the whole song.

Shantanu gave Saurav a challenging look, while the two fools in love danced. Saurav faked claps, chuckling at the plan.

They finished the whole dance routine. Both smiled at each other.

Shantanu- Awesome yaar... main Vrushi ko bulaata hoon...

Both stared at him in confusion and shock as he dialed Vrushika's number on his mobile. Before they could react, Vrushika entered.

Nisha-(confused) Par Mam, aap... toh...

Vrushika-(confused) Kya? Main toh yahin pe thi!

They looked at Shantanu in confusion. Shantanu looked at Vrushika and then at NiBir. Vrushika understood that he had planned something.

Vrushika- (changing the topic) Bolo, kya baat hai?

Shantanu- Music launch ke liye humara dance routine...

Vrushika- Viraj had told me about that...So, should we start?

Nisha and Kabir started performing the routine again and Vrushika and Shantanu followed their lead. Having no work, Saurav started clicking Nisha and Kabir's pictures.

After an hour of rehearsals, they went home. Kabir dropped Nisha near the Saxena house.

Nisha- Bye...

Kabir- See you...

Nisha- Kal milte hai...

Both didn't want the other to go. Their eyes had a denial in them, when Saurav sent them both a message. Reading it, both shouted, "WHAT THE HELL??? Saurav!!" They stared at each other, and Nisha rushed in the house, to avoid being asked the reason for her reaction.

That night, Saurav had to face two angry, yet blushing best friends. He had sent them the picture he had clicked.
